The fundos around here hate gay people, but even they admit they can go to heaven if they accept J.C. and the boys.

Now if a fundo murders a homosexual for being gay, then how did the guy ever have a chance? I'd say if there's a heaven he'll go there anyways - but what do you think.

Similarily - if a fundo kills a person who just commited a sin, however small, does the victim go to hell cause they didn't repent and accept Jesus?

Well, this is very important to explain the difference between the Quran and the Bible. As I said, I am holding in my hand the Quran, and by the way, there are different English translations of the Quran. And sometimes, the Muslims will say, especially the clerics, "You corrupted your Bible. Go and see, authorized version, New King James, International Versions, New Standard Bible, look, you play in the Quran." I would like to tell the Muslims, there are many different translations of the Quran. And you will see that Youssif Ali has a translation, Marmadok booklet has another translation, and so many, this is Dr. Mohammed Mouhssin Khab, and Dr. Mohammed Taki El Din El Hilali, another translation. And I want to tell you that there are differences in the translation of the Quran between one and the other. So, don't ever criticize the translation. We have to emphasize that we trust the original Bible. We don't trust translation. We have the original Bible, and because of that, we are not afraid of any criticism.
Now, let me talk a little about the Quran. Here, in the Quran, the Quran consist of 114 surat. And it starts with the Fatiha the opening surat, and in that opening surat, there is something very interesting. You know, it is a prayer, that the Muslims recite in each of the five daily prayers assigned to the Muslims. A verse in this opening prayer says, "Guide us to the straight way." I will repeat, "Guide us to the straight way." If we are already in the straight way, how could we pray 'guide us in the straight way'? If I am in the right street, I would not say, "Please, guide me to the right street." I am already there. But the Muslims are praying every day, seventeen times, "Guide us to the straight way." What does that mean? It's not yet in the straight way. You know why? Because Jesus Christ is the only way. He said, "I am the way." He didn't say, "I am a way." He said, "I am THE way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the father, but by me." I wish that every Muslim will know the straight way, who is Jesus Christ. "I am the way, the truth, and the life."
Then we go, and we'll see something of interest in the Quran. And that is the name of the surat in the Quran. As I said, when they organize the Quran in the days of Ottoman the Kalif, they put the longest surat in the beginning, and the shortest surat in the end. It is not categorial, no, it's not historical, no, it's just this way. It goes that way. They started with the long surahs, and they ended with the shortest surat. That is what we see in the Quran. And another thing that is of interest, when you read the Quran, you will find that many of the surahs of the Quran were named after animals, after incense, after rocks, after so many things. And I will name some of these surat: in the second surat, surat number two is named 'the cow,' surat (Albakarah) in Arabic. And then, surat number six 'the catle (Alinaam) in Arabic. And then surat number 16, (Alnahel) 'the bee'. And then surat number 27, (Alnamel) 'the ant.' Then surat 52 (Altawr) that is 'Mount Sinai.' And in the end, surat 57 (Alhadid) 'the iron.' Then surat 95 (Alteen) 'the fig.' And then surat 105, (Alfeel) 'the elephant.' And then surat 72, 'the demon' (Algin).
And then you read the Quran, and when you read it, and you ask yourself, is it reasonable that the God of heaven will name the books, or the chapters of his books, and as I mentioned, the Quran is 114 surat, the surat is a chapter. Will he name a chapters of his books according to the cow, and the ant, and the bee, and the elephant? What are these things?
And when you come to the Bible, you see the book of Genesis, Exodus, Numbers. Then you come to names like Ruth, Esther. You come to Samuel, 2 Samuel. When you come to the New Testament, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John. But the elephant, iron, fig? I really cannot understand. I cannot say that these indicate that this book is really the book of God.
Then I would say that the Quran is not self-interpreted. This is different from the Bible. In surat Abasa, surat 80, we read this word, and again, I read from the Quran because I like always to refer to the original. And it is here, "he frowned and turned away because it came to him the blind man." We'll now stop. Who frowned? Who is that blind man? No answer! The Quran will not give you an answer. You have to go to the biography of Mohammed, by Ibn Hisham, to really know who frowned. Prophet Mohammed frowned. Why did he frowned? Because he was talking to some of the rich people of Kuraish, and then this blind man came. Who was that blind man? Again, in the biography, not in the Quran. And that is Ibn Maktoob, and he came, and interrupted Mohammed, and Mohammed frowned. You cannot understand it then, without going to the biography of Mohammed. That is contrary to the Bible. You cannot understand the book of Hebrews unless you read the book of Leviticus. You cannot understand the book of Revelations unless you read the book of Genesis. There is a big difference. The Bible is self-interpreted. You take the Bible as a whole, you read it as a whole, you don't need any biography outside the Bible to understand the Bible. It is not self-interpreted.
Then I go and I say here, that the Quran, also, contradicts in many, many ways what God said, in marriage and divorce, in law. I will talk about that later. In dealing with wife, when the Quran permits the Muslim to beat his wife. Banish her from bed. Don't have sex with her, because this is punishment. And then, you come to the Bible, and you see a totally different concept and command.
And then we go to the names of God in the Quran. You'll not find in the Quran the name of God as 'father'. And you cannot find in the Quran the name of God as 'love'. God the Father, God is love, there are not mentioned in the Quran. You know why? Because if we admit that God is the eternal Father, He must have an eternal son, and that means that we have to profess and declare that Jesus is the eternal Son of God.
Number two, if we declare that God is love, we have to declare also that, "God gave his only begotten son, that whoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." This is why the Quran omits the name of God as Father, and the name of God as love. This are very clear differences between the Quran and the Bible.

The Quran: Surat AN-NISA (WOMEN) 4:34

YUSUFALI: Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all).
PICKTHAL: Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them. Lo! Allah is ever High, Exalted, Great.
SHAKIR: Men are the maintainers of women because Allah has made some of them to excel others and because they spend out of their property; the good women are therefore obedient, guarding the unseen as Allah has guarded; and (as to) those on whose part you fear desertion, admonish them, and leave them alone in the sleeping-places and beat them; then if they obey you, do not seek a way against them; surely Allah is High, Great.

Listen!!!! so what if they don't like what you share to them, keep sharing that Jesus is the Lord and Savior and the only way to the Father in Heaven. If they don't like it that's fine you are doing your part and many blessings for the ones that agree with me. Hey! this is no time to sing la la land to them, I don't worry about the things they say because God already said this world will hate you because of me, I don't want to preach about my religion or the name of my church I give them straight the only way to the Father in Heaven is thru Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Just don't hurt yourself if you are mad at me, would you rather turn into a predator searching many other things on the internet than few words from us that don't curse you out or tell you off, does it really make you loose a sleep over what we want to share since everyone else share many discouragements they got, why not lift your spirit up with peace and Love to you all.

The most recent article in Time claims that the Universe is 13 billion years old!! Ha! And they actually Quote ALBERT EINSTEIN !
Who we know is a QUACK. I mean he was the most liberal propagandist scientist there ever was right?
I mean his theories on gravity's effects on light are just part of his liberal agenda that goes along with Time Magazines...

We all know that the Young Earth theory is what the bible tells us. So why would Time try to discredit that by using a QUACK like ALBERT EINSTEIN?

It's not fun. Ok, this guy who I've liked since 8th [I'm in 10th now] and haven't talked to for a whole entire year, is in my 5th period. I really liked him ya know he was my first crush, and we would always stare/look at eachother in 8th, and we kinda continued it in 9th too, but not this year. Ne way, the teacher called on me to answer a question and I answered it in kind of a quiet voice [cuz i'm shy] but he said something [i dont know what it was but i know it wa about me] and like that whole side of the room laughed. I'm really sad cuz I really 'loved' this fool like he was my first major crush and I thought he kinda liked me back bcuz of the staring thing we always did. And this one guy [not at my skewl] has a major crush on me, but I don't like him bck like that but I don't wanna hurt his feelings cuz I've led him on too long.. I'm sooo depressed. =[ I want that mean fool [my major crush] to die tho..like badly.

the brain. ie could religious experiences be self generated? Afterall we don't know that much about the brain. Until we understand much more about it should we rule out the possibility that the god some people hear - is really their subconscious?

Afterall - all that god ever says to people is stuff like 'i love you' etc etc. He never says anything useful like "Run - there is a big wave heading your way"

Well, I'll tell you the story of the Koran. Mohammed was married to Khadiga. Khadiga's cousin, his name is Waraka Ebin Nawfal, Waraka the son of Nawfal. He was the bishop of the Ebionite cult, a Christian cult, in Mecca. And he befriended Mohammed, after he married Khadiga. Khadiga was 40 years old and Mohammed was 25 years old. Of course, he married her because of her prestige, her wealth, and she really gave him great comfort. And Mohammed used to go with Waraka to the cave of Hera, outside Mecca, and Waraka discipled Mohammed. Well, the Ebionites do not believe in the whole Bible, and he dictated to him the beliefs of the Ebionites. Then one day, Mohammed was by himself in the cave of Hera, and a spirit appeared to him. And then the spirit squeezed him, and he said, "Read." Well, according to the Koran, Mohammed was illiterate. He said, "I can't read." Then the spirit squeezed him again, and said, "Read." Mohammed was scared. He was afraid he might die because of this very hard squeezing. And he answered again, "I cannot read." And the spirit tightened his squeeze on Mohammed and said, "Read." Mohammed, fearing that he might die said, "What shall I read?" Well now, he told him, "Read in the name of your Lord who created man from a clot," and so on and so forth. Mohammed went scared to Khadiga. And he said, "Khadiga, that is the story. I am afraid. I am possessed. I don't know who appeared to me." Khadiga took Mohammed to her cousin, Waraka, and Waraka said to him, "You are the prophet of Arabia." So Mohammed was declared prophet by a bishop of a cult, a Christian cult. Now, who is that spirit who squeezed Mohammed? That is a good question, because that spirit is the one that gave him the Koran. After all, Mohammed said that that spirit is Gabriel, the angel. Well, when I read that I said, "Gabriel, the angel?" Gabriel the angel appeared to Daniel, in the book of Daniel. And Daniel was afraid. What did he say to him? "Daniel do not be afraid." Gabriel appeared to Zechariah in the temple. He was troubled and was afraid. What did he say? "Zechariah do not be afraid." Well, Gabriel appeared to Mary, the mother of Jesus. She was troubled. What did he say? "Mary, do not be afraid." When he appeared to Mohammed, if he was Gabriel, we would have expected that the first thing he would say to Mohammed would be, "Mohammed, don't be afraid." But that didn't happen. Mohammed went trembling, scared, fearful, terrified, to his wife, and he said, "A spirit came to me and squeezed me." If that was Gabriel, he would have said, "Do not be afraid," but he didn't.

So what is this spirit who came to Mohammed? We have the right to ask this question. For us, if we compare that spirit to the angel Gabriel in the Bible it is not Gabriel. Then, this spirit must be a strange spirit. And I think because of that, he gave Mohammed a lot of revelation that contradicts in full detail what the Bible had said. And if the God of the Bible is true, and He is, He will never contradict Himself. So if there is contradiction between the Koran and the Bible, we believe the Bible, especially because in Surat Yunus, [surah 10:94] in the Koran, there is a verse in the Koran that says to Mohammed, "If you are in doubt, Mohammed, about the revelation I am giving to you ask of those who read the Bible before you." So it is the Bible, as the only authority to go to, to confer what is true and what is wrong. And when we read in the Koran one thing after another that contradicts the Bible, especially, and I repeat, especially the denial of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, which is the core and the heart of Christianity. The Koran, is not inspired by the Holy Spirit.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Surat YUNUS - 94

010.094
YUSUFALI: If thou wert in doubt as to what We have revealed unto thee, then ask those who have been reading the Book from before thee: the Truth hath indeed come to thee from thy Lord: so be in no wise of those in doubt.
PICKTHAL: And if thou (Muhammad) art in doubt concerning that which We reveal unto thee, then question those who read the Scripture (that was) before thee. Verily the Truth from thy Lord hath come unto thee. So be not thou of the waverers.
SHAKIR: But if you are in doubt as to what We have revealed to you, ask those who read the Book before you; certainly the truth has come to you from your Lord, therefore you should not be of the disputers.

I am a Christian. I am pro Choice. I am anti-death penalty. I am also pro-gay rights, and have a few other traditonally liberal view points. my Family tells me that I am "serving two masters' or walking the fence....I think my personal decisions have nothing to do with the ability to choose. if we make decisions for people, did they really do it for Christ, or did the do it becasue of the laws of the land? Having a completely free society is the best way to show yourself and your true character. If we are forced into Christian views, are they really are own?? Are they not the ideas of the people in charge. Christ was a rebel in the eyes of the Pharasees becasue of his religous independence. At what point do we conform to society's wishes on faith? Is that not conforming to the Christian "world"? I believe the God has given us the abilty to choose right and wrong? should mankind limit that abilty? If sin is in your heart, wont it always be there law or not?
