I don't even understand why they hate gays so much. You'd think a religion based on love would accept everyone who had compassion their heart, even if it was mainly for the same gender as their own. But hey, that's just my opinion...

I trust Jesus to know the heart of a victim of a violent crime. That is part of my faith: trusting my God.
The "fundo" who commits a crime (rape, murder, violence, theft, whatever) is in sin no matter what religious tripe they spout. God is not fooled by such people. We should not be either. The fundo is MORE responsible for his actions than the "sinner" is, for the fundo has been "preaching" it. Fundos therefore are more responsible under the law they claim to know all about!!!
I have noticed a few people spouting hate around here, some racist, some sexist, some homophobic, some anti-Semitic. I don't consider such people "Christians" in any sense of the word. They even give rednecks a bad name!
As for the victim, remember the thief on the cross next to Jesus. He was in the process of dying when he turned, and was accepted.

ANYONE who accepts J.C. as their Lord and Savior will be saved...
PERIOD !
The great thing about JC is? Back in his day, he accepted thieves, prostitutes, etc. He seemed to like to take on the worst of the bunch...
He doesn't CARE !
"...Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners--and I was the worst of them all." 1 TIMOTHY 1:15
Think about all the OTHER sins people commit EVERY SINGLE DAY! If they were not saved, NOBODY would get outta this HELL down here... And just because you're saved doesn't mean you won't commit any MORE sin and live a TOTALLY PURE life! He KNOWS we are all sinners!
Granted, he wants us to TRY and live HIS way...
BUT, NONE OF US IS PERFECT...
Hell, I'm a middle-aged, Christian woman, and there are at least 3 people I'd LOVE to "take out"... But, I have to answer to a "Higher Power" and explain that crap to Him, so I refrain from acting on my impulses...

Well according to what I like to call the best fiction book ever written they would go to hell because they are a homosexual. Isn't that the same crap that has been jammed down every ones throats while gay and lesbians have been fighting for their right to get married and all that. As for that second question I would have to say that they would most likely go to hell because they didn't repent and what not.

First off, I beleive that you should hate the sin but love the sinner, that is the whole basis for Jesus' ministry when he was alive on earth, and it is ours now.....Second, a true christian would not kill a homosexual, because one of the commandments is to not murder, and also, in the last part, both people would go to hell if they do not repent and turn from their sins. and accept Jesus.

The thing that sends people to hell is unbelief. It has nothing to do with how a person dies or who killed them.
If the homosexual did not believe that Christ died for his sins, then he would go to hell not matter what the circumstances were.
If a professed Christian killed (btw: if they killed an innocent person, then they would have acted in unbelief), then that "Christian" - if he died unrepentant of his sin, would also go to hell.

If you have a BIBLE look-up homosexuality in the topical guide after reading the references you should have a good idea where God stands on this issue. I personally believe that homosexuality is the invention of hell because humans are normally wired to like to opposite gender. human bodies are designed to need both genders to spawn children to perpetuate the species. I hope this clears up some of your confusion.

first, i would ask if the person is really a Christian. going to heaven or hell does IN NO WAY depend on someones righteousness. we are made righteous through Christ by accepting Him into our hearts to forgive us of our sin. that doesnt mean that we never sin though. homosexuals are people, too, but we they, along with all who reject Christ as Lord and Saviour are damned to hell. the homosexual has been given a chance. ample chances, in fact to receive Christ, but if he rejects, that is to his damnation.

Everything depends on what you do with Messiah. Both of them could end up in hell. Just being a fundy doesn't mean you are saved.
