Ask the person if they go to church. Then ask what church they go to.

By the way, 'Mormon' is a nickname for people that attend The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

You would have to ask them. And to respond to the person who wrote that they come from familes of 6 or more, that's silly. Also there are over 12 million Mormons and they are all over the world, not just in Utah. And to address the guy above me, suits and ties would only be worn by a man on Sunday. Oh, and they do not practice polygamy.

Ask them, they love to talk about their religion.

If you want to guess, if they come from a big family 6+kids or more, they most likely are.

if they live in Utah, or have family there, they most likely are.

if they go on mission on a bike wearing white shirts and black pants they most likely are.

If they have a basement full of food and medical supplies, they most likely are,

I would just ask. Its OK, as long as you do it respectfully. Guessing is usually not really the best way to find out something like this.

This is a secret and I could be kidnapped or killed for telling you this... But all mormons have a tiny mark, about the size of a pin head on the inside of their elbows - about where you get blood drawn from. And it's a very dark purple that looks almost brown. It's very tell-tale and once you see it once, you can't miss it.

The only two that come a knocking on my door are mormans and jehovas witness. others very little. Mormans usually talk about Joseph Smith and JC coming to america. Something like that.

Usually they wear a white shirt and tie, or suit.
They act very nice and polite, and are willing to help and teach you at home.

You can ask them.... they would tell you.

I TRY TO TREAT ALL AS INDIVIDUALS and not what religion they are.

They will eventually ask if you know about the "new" new testament of J.C. and the boys.

You can flush the Mormon bible @ http://flushaholybook.com
