In Bhavishya Puran (more than two thousand years old and vedas(more than ten thousand years old), holy books of Hindus mentioned about Jesus and Mohammed by their name before both of these saints came to earth. Jesus as 'Issa' and Mohmmed as 'Mahamad'. Even in Bible or Hadis not mentioned their name before they came to earth. Anybody knows this?

How could you believe in God if you know there's more to learn? You're jumping the conclusion.

If there's more to learn, you couldn't possibly know that God created everything

Ok everyone, please calm down, as I am not trying to refute Christianity or anything of that nature. I am just a person who is serching for the truth. I believe in God but I really do wish to belong to a certain faith which can help me in my worship. If anyone can shed some light on how Jesus was talking to God if he is God let me know.

PS: I am currently looking at Christianity and Islam, I have been reading the scriptures of both and both seem appealing. I am having slight trouble with the trinity but I do hope God guides me to the truth and maybe some of you will be rewarded for helping me.

ISNT THIS a easy way out....
people that ask such absurd questions are those who dont believe or lack in faith...
how can you only blame god for the bad goings on...and not for the good.,..
shouldnt you think in that sense
and remeber we are noone special....humans are nothing...we can get wiped out anytime...so before you get cocky remember your gona die too and wether you go to hell or heaven or wether u dont belive and assume you gna rot underground...isnt it better to belive in god and maybe have some hope of going to a better place..rather than not beliving and knowing you rbody will just rot and your going nowhere isnt that just depresing....

According to the law of cause and effect everything has a cause. A chain of causes cannot be infinite, there must have been a first cause at some time or other in the past. The first cause must also have been without a cause i.e. not subject to the law of cause and effect or any other laws of nature that govern matter. In another words the first cause must have been supernatural.

How do atheists who claim to respect the laws of nature get round this one?

Isn't atheism just another religion, except that atheists worship the material universe and embue it with all the attributes normally associated with a supernatural Creator?

The first thing I should point out is :a man does not turns pedophile at the age of 54 as almost every non-muslim is claiming about Prophet Mohammad PBUH

Second thing is, to all those who are practical in life, they must have come across people who at the age of 50, have the maturity of a teenager. N I have come across people who matured in mind faster than in body ( I even read an article sometime ago on a boy who by the age of 9 had shouldered the responsibility of 5-8 siblings and a drunken mother). By the way, it is a scientific fact that woman mature faster then men especially in countries with a hot climate. So the possibility that the Aisha by the age of 9 could be matured physically at the least can be proven by scientific data.

Many parents even in this century even in countries like America and Europe do not take their children seriously. Instead, the teenager of today have a score of boyfriends and girlfriends and they have sex with whoever they want and then comes un

The Veterans Affairs' National Cemetery Administration allows only approved emblems of religious beliefs on government headstones. Over the years, it has approved more than 30, including symbols for the Tenrikyo Church, United Moravian Church and Sikhs. There's also an emblem for atheists – but none for Wiccans.

RENO, Nev. — Nevada officials are pressing the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs to allow the family of a soldier killed in Afghanistan to place a Wiccan symbol on his headstone.

Federal officials so far have refused to grant the requests of the family of Sgt. Patrick Stewart, 34, who was killed in Afghanistan last September when the Nevada Army National Guard helicopter he was in was shot down.

Veterans buried in military cemeteries can't have Wicca's religious symbol, the pentangle, on memorials unless government policy changes.

the religous say that thinking about doing bad and sinful things are both bad and evil even if you don't actually do it. But when you think of a very good deed and don't do it, you are also considered bad. How come "think bad + no act = bad" and think good + no act is still bad??? why?
