OK I belive that there is a GOD, one who made the universe, but to say he has a plan for each of us. OK so he planed for the guy to end up a Bum on the street conner, or a 16 yr old girl to strap a bomb on her and walk on to a bus and blow it up, or for a baby to be born with two heads then die....come on all he cares about is our soul, or energy, our life force. that it is nice and good when it comes back to him, if not you start life all over.........ANY COMMENTS ON THIS PPL?????????

...copy and paste entire (and long) sections of the Bible when answering a simple question on this site? Is it so hard to put your ideas into simple words for a straight and sincere answer? I mean, if we all wanted to read the Bible we would go out and buy one and read it. Don't you think?

I want to tell you about my relationship with God, its very special and very authentic and dont be fooled about the amount of coincidence there is between my relationship with God and sister Maria's or brother Joseph's.

Sure, we may all describe are relationship with God in errily similar ways but that doesnt mean that we are merely feeding back the terminology and lingo of our religious circle for greater acceptance...not at all...its authentic stuff.

He was just talking to me the other day in fact....i dont mean with words, but by sense...ya know? What I did was sit there an focus on him until i felt sensations, like a buddist might during mediation, but this was different because...well..because its wasnt technically mediatation, it was prayer and theres a difference you know.

Anyway, the more i hear about other wackos who have imagined relationships, the more i know mine is real too...

Why is it that when 2.000 Americans are killed on 9/11, conservatives like Pat Robertson and George Phelps say that it is a 'sign from God' that he is angry we are accepting homosexuals, and yet, when it turns out 1.6 billion people follow Islam, that's just the devil's working, and God has no part in that.

Once we get in theory beyond the physics and math that take us up to the big bang as such our understanding disolves but considering 2000 yrs ago the bible said the earth was flat, what may seem impossible today ie tv 2000yrs ago may be taught in high school in 2000yrs from now! will you keep me and my family in your prayers, my family is going through some custody issues with my 15 yr old son . he wants to live with his father who he hasnt seen in about 4 yrs and before that it was only off and on that he saw him. i ve raised my son with my new husband since he was 1 yrs old. i dont know how we can live without him here in our family. as a mother im not ready to let him go at 15. please pray that god would allow us to stay together and my ex husband to not get legal custody of him, just because its what my son wants. i feel helpless in this situation and im just trying with all my heart to give it to god and let him be in control of the results.please pray for us, i need to know there are godly people out there praying to god on my behalf.

I want to strangle them so bad... God definitely gives some of us more than we can handle, or at least does nothing to stop us from getting more than we can handle. In fact, there is living proof of it. There are people in mental institutions, hobos, drunks, depressed people, drug addicts, raped and beaten children, etc., and they all got more than they can handle. Chances are in favor of God not being the direct cause of all this, but like I said, he is doing NOTHING to stop it from happening. I'm not trying to promote satanism or anything, in fact I worship the same god that I am criticizing because everyone else is worse. Please, tell me what you think of this. And no telling me that there is no God, or promoting Satanism, because these two things have major logic gaps.

An earlier question (link on the way) asked to rank who/what you serve in order...most if not all christians ranked god first, followed by parents, people, the "religion", while atheists/agnostics ranked people first, obviously because god is of no concern to them. But as for #1 on their lists, God vs. People/Family, what does this say in general terms? How does it affect society as a whole? What's your take?
