I did once, out in the turbulent waters of the dream-sea known as Quiddity.

He kneeled upon the surface of this vast ocean, as if it was as smooth and solid as stone.
I meanwhile was chin deep in brine. He caught my attention immediatley, of course, and proceded to tell me the answers I needed to here.

Most importantly, he told me of The Story Tree, and how every life, however meaningless and insignificant it might appear, is a leaf upon it.

He spoke also that in every story, no matter how ambitious it's scope or profound its theme, there is only ever room for three players.

Between adoring spouses: A child.
Between warring kings: A peacemaker.
Between lovers: Death.

The scope of his words were such that I can only retain a fragment of understanding.

I'll never forget his eyes though...

In other words, could presenting a different view of the world to a child, who's brain in is blank and undeveloped promote immortality? Has this ever been done? Maybe this is the secret, the brain's will to live.

I am a strong christian, and recently have been reading about the more you claim a positive idea for your life that you will attract it. Same goes for negative ideas. They say our body energy is like a magnet. Does anyone have any experience {relevant} that would pertain to this widespread idea that seems to be becoming more popular? Thanks for your help in advance!! :D

Let me explain. They say music feeds the soul and I believe Poetry does too. The best songs are also poems. I find that good music and poetry are very spiritual things. My favorite spiritual song is a toss between Ave Maria and Bread of Life for traditional songs but I also love some contemporary such as Gather us in. My favorite poet is Grace Noll Crowell she is an amazing spiritual poet but not too famous.

I don't believe in the bible or any other holy book for that matter. In fact I believe you'll find more proof of god studding a simple leaf from any given tree then you will in any written work.
I am very spiritual and I do believe in superior being or "GOD", but not because of any religious teachings, my belief comes from inside of me......I just feel it.....
I don't believe in hell......but I do believe that our actions and experiences here on earth determine what happens to our souls beyond this lifetime......
I don't believe in heaven, well not as most mainstream religions do any way. I believe there is an existence after death, but I don't think it's all perfect wonderful and joyful, honestly, an eternity of "perfection" would get really boring, really quick. I believe we will still be faced with deferent challenges in the after life, and our life here is to only prepare us for what is to come.........

After seeing all the drama that occurs in the Religious/ Spiritual category, I thought I would peruse the Pet category. It was very interesting to see that they have their villains too.

In the Religious/Spiritual category, the perceived villains are the Atheists and Muslims.....In the Pet category, the villians are the Rottweilers and the Pitbulls.

Does anyone else think that some humans are just dying to make someone or something out to be evil or it is just my observation?

...did not do. They First Century Christians did not have a creed, a prescribed order of worship, a special church language, a hymnal of their own, a set of scholarly commentaries, or anything like that.

Several places in the Bible, it mentions slaves and servants. Even the 4th commandment mentions you are not to make servants work on the Sabbath. So, why does the bible,. or God, condone slavery?
OK, so you will say that was in the time of Moses. So then, did God change the law?
If so, that means God made a mistake in condoning slavery, and had to change His laws. So, now, many Christians who say God doesn't make mistakes are wrong. So, which is wrong? The Bible, which was written by men? Or God?
