Ntex page has The NEW TESTAMENT along with a statement of translation compared and revised by his majesty's special command a a coat of arms in the near middle of the page then CAMBRIDGE (ENDLAND): printed by john Clay, M. A. at te University Press then NEW YORK; James Pott & Co with latin in the lower right hand corner The last two pages of testament have a printing error and the following page has some blue colored printing with numbers.

Is that not a great contradiction?

i'm wondering if praying really works...yesterday i went to church for the first time in a while, and we were talking about things not being fair, but you pray for it anyways. does praying really work...honestly? i started last night praying....im having some problems with the guy i like...he went to camp and had sex, and that really hurt me because he was a virgin, and i really didn't think he was "like that" but i guess boys are boys. anyways, i was thanking god that i wasn't the girl he did it with because i'm sure she's not feeling to good right now, and i also prayed that god would help me find someone caring, nice...and just right for me.

so my question is, if u pray enough does it happen? i'm so confused......[i'm 15, and please don't say "you shouldn't worry about boys at ur age....]

I have a friend who i like but i know shes not right for me because shes not a christian.I have tried to talk to her but she wont listen to me.I think beacause i dont use the right words to prove it.I need help to at least convince her to go to church and let her have an experience with God.

Two weeks ago, I had a couple of snot nosed Mormon missionaries come knocking at my door. I asked them to leave and they continued to stand there like fools and argue with me. So, I opened up a can of whoopass on them. I don't think they expected that from an old man like me. Anyways, they called the police and I was charged with assault and battery. I told the cops that I was on my own property and I was trying to get these two dorks off of my property. But the cop wrote me a ticket anyway.

So, I have my hearing tomorrow. I'm pleading not guilty because I was defending my property from religious fanatics. Do you have any cheap legal advice for an old fool who loves America and wants to keep his front yard free of trash?

I have a muslim roommate who needs to pray 5 times a day for his religion, i can understand that. He ensures me, a christian, that I should do this as well. I disagree with him because my religion does not teach this.

islam teaches that the God of the Koran is the same as the God of the Bible.

however the God of the Koran commands that muslims pray 5 times a day at certain times and recite a certain prayer

no where in the Bible does it say to pray 5 times a day, nor does it list certain times of day to pray.

My question is, if the God of the Koran is indeed the same as the God of the Bible, why did Allah introduce this praying technique only to Muhammad. My friend took a religions course and informed me that according to Islam, Muhammad was told by Moses that Allah wants man to pray to him 5 times a day. Why was it never introduced before if we are to pray that way?

ever since i was lil i have these dreams of having people going to heaven me staying on earth people tring to kill me cause i believe in god there just so horrible like they torture me i try hiding in the moutians but they find me and i finally die and i go with the lord im scared that im going to be part of the trubulation i do believe in god but i dont know how strong im going to be ....i mean theres not going to be any deaths for 5 months after the rapture i hope i will be able to not take the mark of the beast is there any sugestions on how to prepare or am i just worring for nothing i might be raptured i am a christian

When I take my dog on walks, shes usually afraid of people, but at random people she'll lash out and try to go after them, and bark at them feriously, its so strange, can dogs sense if people are possesed or if theres something else wrong with them?

Had a great convo today and someone asked me my thoughts! I said Politics and Money with a little bit of false religion thrown in there. What I mean by false religion is what our own minds twist and turn around to be just in the world of screwing people over in Politics and finding the new best thing no matter the outcome for Money!
