The San Miguel Mission (Catholic), in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is the oldest church in the United States. The original adobe walls and altar were built by Tlaxcala Indians from Mexico under the direction of Franciscan Padres around 1610.

Historic Old Trinity Episcopal Church in Church Creek, Maryland, founded about 1675, is the oldest church in the United States of America now standing in its original form and regularly uses.

The Westover Parish church celebrated it's 400th anniversary in 2013. They original church was relocated in 1737 to it's present site off of route 5 close to the Westover Plantation and Charles City, VA.

St. Miguel Mission in Santa Fe, NM is the oldest mission in the US. It was built in 1795, and it houses the oldest shrine to the VIrgin Mary in this country. It is overseen by the Christian Brothers of the Catholic Church.

I suppose the Florida one could be true. Personally, I would have suspected Massachusettes, but the Spanish did arrive around that time also...
