Ntex page has The NEW TESTAMENT along with a statement of translation compared and revised by his majesty's special command a a coat of arms in the near middle of the page then CAMBRIDGE (ENDLAND): printed by john Clay, M. A. at te University Press then NEW YORK; James Pott & Co with latin in the lower right hand corner The last two pages of testament have a printing error and the following page has some blue colored printing with numbers.

Sounds like a limited edition that was meant for distribution to political figures or possible for the White House itself. If is very common to have typos in such editions. Also, editions of the Bible change with each printing as editors update the language and usage in each edition.

AND, YES, the Bible has editors that make changes all the time. I wonder how much of the real message is even there....
