The whole reason we were created is to have fellowship with God. He created us with His own hands, He breathed the breath of life into us from his own lungs, and He loves us. That is why He cares enough about us to die for us, rise for us, and be our best friend. It's what we were created for.

Very simple. Christians believe Jesus was the Jewish Messiah. If you read the Gospels (four accounts) you will see that Jesus teaches to the Jews. He was executed as being the King of the Jews.

Any student of the Talmud will point out where Jesus failed to be the Jewish Messiah. We know that Jesus lived and he was executed. The question is did God raised Jesus from the dead (the Christian hope for eternal life), and will Jesus come again. This is the Christian message in a nutshell.

Jesus asked his disciples to go and teach all nations, he did not ask them to convert everyone. I am sure by now you have heard the Christian message; the only question is what do you believe.

If Jesus would die for Arlin beaver( a piece of crap I went to school with, he'll die for anybody,. Jews are people who are half way home. All they need to do is come on over to the other side and accept that Jesus IS the Messiah.

First you have to understand that God is love so whatever he do is based on that.
When Adam sin the communion that existed with man-kind changed and because He love us, He sent His only begotten Son so through Him the relationship could be re-established and we could have access to that wonderful relation and enjoy ourselves in Him again.

WAIT WHYNOTASKDUM; IN REBUTTAL OF YOUR 1 AND 3.

(1 Corinthians 15:20-28) 20 However, now Christ has been raised up from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep [in death]. 21 For since death is through a man, resurrection of the dead is also through a man. 22 For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each one in his own rank: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who belong to the Christ during his presence. 24 Next, the end, when he hands over the kingdom to his God and Father, when he has brought to nothing all government and all authority and power. 25 For he must rule as king until [God] has put all enemies under his feet. 26 As the last enemy, death is to be brought to nothing. 27 For [God] “subjected all things under his feet.” But when he says that ‘all things have been subjected,’ it is evident that it is with the exception of the one who subjected all things to him. 28 But when all things will have been subjected to him, then the Son himself will also subject himself to the One who subjected all things to him, that God may be all things to everyone.

david israel,
Look at anything that you like. Why do you like it? Are you prepared to defend your liking of it?

The Bible says that "God so loved the World", He doesn't have to defend that. He just does. He just didn't sit there and love it, He did something about it. But see, He only wants something out of the world. The rest gets thrown away from Him.

Those that respond to His love by trusting Him, they are those He takes as a treasure.

God wants a relationship with you, thats why. He wants your focus to be on him, repent of all your sins and live the way Jesus did. I have been studying the bible and it is amazing. God had His only Son crucified so that we could be close to Him. Thats how much he loves us.

the simplest way to answer this question would be for you to think of someone you love ,for example family member ,mother father, sibiling ,wife husband, son daughter, you get the idea....if you dying would give them a better future would you sacrafice yourself? dying would be the most extreme sacrafice, but essentially even just sacraficeing your time to help someone is really the message that we can begin to understand.........Chirst our saviour loved mankind like a parent loves their child, that is why we call him our Father....there really is nothing more important in life than the love we share whit each other...

To be Jewish and to believe in Jesus as your lord and savior are contradiction in terms.
You were Jewish. You are now christian.

Actually, Jesus equates his followers to the way that a sheep follows a sheep herder. That also is in the bible.
