Why are you checking your aunt for testicles? If she says she is a woman, then just call her aunt, even if you think she seems more like a man.

That's difficult because your "aunt" with testicles could be XY and thus have male chromosomes, or XX with too much testosterone present during development, triggering the gonads to become male sex organs, or either who simply wants to be seen as a woman. So, how do you define gender?
