The last few days I seem to have wasted alot of time on here. The two most popular areas seem to be religion and culture. Is it me or is it a growing problem, the divide over so many things. Does anyone feel that at some point in the next few years things will improve or will things become out of control?. Is there a middle ground where nothing matters and people can just get on? or wil religion,culture,skin colur always be with us.....just a thought.....

It's sexual theology. You may choke on the prayer "Our MOTHER who art in heaven" but the charge that generations of MALE clergy have turned god into a projection of their own mysogynistic selves at least deserves a straight answer. Does their gender issue have any bearing on survival at the last judgement?

im havin to deal with ppl who wish me harm, they can't stand to see me half way happy. i know that the devil has a lot to do with this. because i have a strong soul that the devil cant have. i have felt the present og both god and satan travel through my body. ppl who dont belive that demons are real im here to tell u that they are. i stay to myself i dont come out of the house to do anything unless im with a close close realtive, i feel the safest place for me is my home, untill my husband flips out on me cause he think im looking at him as if i weremad. i do not know what to do, today i sat in the corner in the kitchen cause he frighten me so bad. im crying as i write this cause i dony know what to do. i tryed to kill myself before but realized that is wrong to do. and i wont get into heaven like that. i write poems to hide my pain.i have no friends only person i can talk to is my 17 year old cousin but im 33 and dont want to burden her young life . i need a real christian friend

You know, my life is too easy, and despite my basic instinct to be attracted to the opposite sex, I think I'll perform homosexual acts because I want to be persecuted by the religious right.

Why is it that the only thing we hear about God comes from people speaking on his behalf, namely cult leaders, religious preachers and followers, most of whom are lunatics and war mongers. If God genuinely existed, he would silence these people because they are an absolute embarrassment. Just check out some of the religious idiots who post on Yahoo Answers.

When you listen to these idiots trying to justify God’s love and existence, it takes very little commonsense to realise how imaginary God is. If God were real, he would speak for himself. The fact that God does not speak, and that he allows any lunatic who comes along to speak in his name, proves that God is imaginary.

If all you religious people who try to mentally saturation bomb gullible minds could see how stupid and embarrassing you are to the intellectual mind, perhaps you’d stop making fools of yourselves.

Really why do you care what religon I am?

Does it really affect your everyday life? Does me praying to God affect your pay check or your amount of time you get sleeping?

Why dont you worry about your life. How empty an Athiest or a believer in Evolution must feel inside. Sitting here trying to imagine where could you possibly draw a feeling of self worth. What is your meaning or purpose in life without your creater. When you take the creater out of the equation of life, whats left is accidental existance. Then mankind is left as being no more superior in existance than any other accidental creature. This means we as human being SO CALLED DECENDANTS of apes are no more greater than the avarage monkey caged at the zoo. So to validate our superiority and esteem ourselve, we seek degrees, and money to fill the void in our life. Looking to man and his devices for the purpose in life never finding the answer because it's SPIRITUAL. Man created the idea of evolution because mankind didn't want to be govern by the athourity of God. So they had to elimante Him in society.

My best friend is more like a sister to me. We have many experiences in common and have so much in common together spiritually too. We only met about 4 years ago and I have never been closer to a friend in my life, there is absolutely NO judgment, just unconditional friendship and support when needed. I am godmother to her youngest child and her Daughter is my named next of kin. I have met some wonderful people who resonate on the same frequency as me and the more I get to know them, the more I feel like we were all pre-destined to hook up with each other when we were ready They are a family that I have chosen in the absence of my own blood family. Do you have a separate spiritual family too ? Have you met anyone through YA R&S that you think of as family ?
