They can't stand the truth. This is one of the evidence of God's existence. That's why unbelievers bash the bible and those who believe in it. The Holy Spirit convicts those whose heart is not pure.

Because YOU are quoting the scripture. If I did the same thing it would still be judgmental. Even if I told you to look at Matthew 7:1 I am judging that you are not familiar with the idea of being non-judgmental. All people judge, especially when they are trying to use themselves as an example. Your scriptural reference may be valid (if to no one else but you) but in using it after such a fashion you are in fact casting judgment on the recipient. It isn't the judgment, it's the intention, and as I am sure you are already aware, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Because the Bible is a book that only YOU beleive in, not I. Thats makes it judgemental.

If I beleived in the Flying Spaghetti Monster and quoted to you from its Holy Book that you are sinning in your beleifs in God, would you not find that to be judgemental? I mean, besides finding it moronic, wouldnt you find it judgemental too? Then there is your explanation.

As a society, we've sort of recreated God into a being that loves us and everything about us. While it's true that God loves us unconditionally, even in the midst of our sin, He does judge. We shouldn't really be judging each other because chances are that any one of us are guilty of worse sins than the ones we're getting on other people about.

It's not true that there is no judgment in Christianity, though. God hates sin. He loves us, but he hates what separates us from him.

Because the people who don't believe in the Bible - or who don't believe it's God's word think that others are just using it as a tool to judge people - when in fact God will judge everyone at his appointed time.

The bible is book written by men, that's all. People think it's divine; it's not.

not everyone considers the bible (pronounced "buy-bull") to be the final authority. if you can prove it is, I'm willing to listen.
