You cant see the air but yet you know its there cause you can breathe. You see the trees, stars, planets, and all the creation that God has made and yet you deny Him. If the Sun was closer to the earth we would burn up, and if it was futher away we would freeze. Only God could have done that. He placed the Sun and earth in the right place. All the different animals was made for a reason as well. Each one does different things to help our crops and plants. Why do you deny God when you can see such beauty all around you? Just because you cannot see Him doesnt me he isnt there. You can see the effects of what God has done.

You were a criminal sentenced to death & a family member took your place to set your free. One life was exchanged for another. But Jesus exchanged one life (His own) so that many other lives could be spared (i.e. set free or saved). Where's the logic?

First, made the attempt to ask this question in computer category. They think it was not possible. Now I try it here. My computer speaker, unplug to power source and unattached to computer suddenly sprang to life singing to the tune of "Jesus take the wheel" twice about 20 minutes in between. How could it remember the last song played where it got its power from? If this happen at night I would be frighten to death. Then awhile ago I experienced a mild heart problem(don't know what it was) while walking to the mall. Didn't panic inspite of the pricky pain I felt. Any psychic reader who can read explain this?

Try asking yourself if the tales told in the Bible relate to one person or could they be about more than one individual? How could Jesus have been crucified on a typically represented cross when he is reported to have had scoliosis? Is it possible that he had a brother who looked quite similar to him? These questions are to encourage research, I know what I believe...

Muslims kill muslims having a different view as do Christians(catholics v protestants, catholics v orthodox). Everyone has a pop at the Jews and they have this 'private club' (as if you might want to join!).
The pre-Christian Hellenist religion was understood by the more inteligent to be a series of metaphores about those aspects of nature we all find awsome - eg. the sea, creativity, the sun. Pagans have an understanding for and love of the planet upon which we live, not merely just human interest and that, surely, given the present awful disrespect for our shared home. the Earth, is a more responsible position.

So many times we focus on the "have nots" and "I don'ts" that we tend to overlook the blessings that are really ours. Have you taken the time this week to realize your blessings and what are really important to you? (Is the glass half empty or half full? Mine is brimming over!)
Peace Be With You,

Many people believe that when you reach the first stage of successful meditation, you might be able to visualize metaphysical elements. What kind of realizations occur at that time, I would love to have real examples, if any?

Is it really necessary to seek God out, and see Him just as each of us would like to? And suppose if we do find Him what would we say? Wouldn’t we be asking for what we already have but do not know because we do not believe? I think if we know faith in our heart then we should just believe that God exists and His existence is not, as it cannot be, for just our understanding.

If God exists, then he's a bit useless. Let me explain. If he sees all the bad things going on (as we are led to believe) and doesn't help, that means he is uncaring. If he sees and can't help, he's not all powerfull. If he can't see, then he's not omnipotent. Arguments please.

And then the same people who follow a religion start crying about a war that is going on. Don't they understand that their religion is playing a huge part in why the conflict is happening? Duh. I guess that's how dumb people are when their brainwashed by the biggest lie in history.

I couldn't be bother to continue on all the bad sides to religions. So I'll stop there and read all the pathetic answers that are going to roll in.

I have learned quite a bit from all the postings. I maynot have the same beliefs but I still find what others have to say interesting. I do see God in all of nature and wish it was respected and revered much more than it is. I do wonder about other lives. My religion teaches "life everlasting" but I will not know exactly what that is until I die. I have lived most of my life as an unbeliever so I understand unbelief. I really have respect for American Indians. Every Fall My husband and I drive the Mohawk trail and I learn about them. I have even been to a Pow Wow. Today lets do or say something nice to each other. When we look at the other person lets just see a child of the universe, sharing our planet with us. Peace.

God is a selfish thing who does everything for one reason and one reason only and that is himself, my daughter is suffering because god gave his son up to save me and my family so for that i should be gratefull....NOT. my brother died at the age of 21 because god was 'testing' me to see if i would still beleive so for that i should worship him...NOT. and as for you people that say i should still pray, who are you trying to kid. why don't you all wake up and smell the coffe that is indeed called REALITY. because I beleive that if all you religious people opened your eyes and had a look the world that surrounds us then i think that you aswell would question your faith.
