What I mean is not 'why the Jews' but 'why blame'.

I mean, wasn't Jesus's crucifixion part of the big plan? Didn't he go willingly? Isn't it because Jesus was crucified that believers are saved?

Why don't Christians get down on their knees and thank the Jews of that era for playing a crucial role in their own personal salvations?

P.S. and Judas too.

Why do people of "Faith" want to say things like "Man walked with the Dinosaurs"?

I for one would be extremely upset at my Faith if they attacked Science with nonsense. I know many Christians that feel the same way. They feel that these guys are going too far and making all Christians look like fools. But I'm sure there are purists out there that would differ.

The universe has been around for billions of years. Many religious people are wakening up to the fact that all religions are just man-made bunkum developed by simplistic human intelligence.

On a universal scale, human intellect does not have the ability to understand much of what is happening, why it happened, and what will happen in the future, so to fill the gaps in their minds they substitute artificial reasoning commonly referred to as religion.

Religion is an escape from the inability to reason intellectually, and because it’s easy to play make believe, further subsets are created like the Bible, Jesus, Adam, Eve etc, in order to justify the mental illusion.

Stephen Hawking suggested that if the universe was created then it is reasonable to assume it had a creator. Since human intellect is unable to determine whether the universe was created, religion takes over and assumes it was and calls the creator God. That’s nothing more than speculative conjecture and more bunkum.

I personally think he would be a folk singer. Maybe a physicist...hmm....here is another question. If he did just float down from the sky, what part of the world will see him first? Or could you try to explain it without biblical reference. This is a serious question, I am curious about how this is going to happen just in case I still have time left if christianity is true. I am always open for a good logical answer and I will be reading these answers with understanding.

I am not attacking religion. I am asking what determines if it is mythology? Why is the greek religion (zeuse), etc a mythology now? What makes christianity not mythology (wondering not attacking)? What would make christianity a mythology? Or any religion? Don't tell me one is true. I want to know what gets it clasified like that?

Hypothetically speaking, if you somehow prevented a certain child from being aborted even though it was an unwanted child, and Suppose that child grew up in a home of half-ased parents and grew up resenting his very birth. Suppose he found out that he was born into an unforgiving world because of you and then murdered your entire family as revenge , how would you feel of about preventing his abortion.

Keep in mind that this is a HYPOTHETICAL question, so dont give me crap about how that will never happen.

Dost thou simply believe what thou art told, to sate thy fears and calm thy mind? Or doth study seem dangerous to thee?
Dost thou not fear judgment for thy error in following Man not Elohiym by way of the church?

You know, it's funny; I've been drunk as hell plenty of times, and always managed to avoid anti-Semitic tirades.

So here is my point Christians-I am not an ALIEN I am a man born of this world and witness of these earthly things just as you are-TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER!

If a lesbian gets impregnated (artaficial) and you could decide if that child should grow up to be products of a gay home or aborted, what would you want? You can't take it away. You are a politician, and have the deciding vote on a bill that would not let gays have kids, and made them abort current ones would you go for it? You can't change the bill, it is down to you, yes or no? Gays are now the majority in america, and reelection is coming before you could make a less drastic bill. So it is now or never. Would you make them do it?

I'm currently dating someone that makes me very happy except he is a very angry person... and muslim? He is not Nation of Islam, but he hates the "white devils" and especially the "jews" or "jewish". He often says that all Isrealites should be wiped off the earth but when I say, "there are probably people over there just like Americans on the war on terror who do not agree with what their government is doing," but just tells me I am niave and that Jewish people are the devil. He tells me that it is good to Hate anything that is not good or cannot be made good with your own hands. He became irate when I said I don't hate the devil, he just has some personal issues. He says that Muslims believe that white is evil, and the whiter you are, eviler you are. Is this common or taught? Is this considered hate to the Muslim community or just a fact of life? Please tell me if there is some reference I can use that can make him see it is ok with God to be more loving and understanding :)

Those people writing the New Testament had all read the Old Testament and knew what the prophecies were. If I made a prophecy today, how hard would it be for you tomorrow to write down a story that made that prophecy sound like it came true?

Those people wanted to make their point of view as believable as possible so they wrote stories that supported their side and said prophecies were fulfilled.

Experimental results have proven that:

The fundamental constituent of nature is an all pervasive energy field

Matter is formed when consciousness acts on this energy field and the probability wave function is collapsed. Therefore consciousness did not arise from matter but existed before matter was formed

Everything in creation is fundamentally connected, nothing is separate from anything else

Every possibility exists simultaneously and what we actually experience as "reality" is co-created by the observer

So I ask, whose consciousness and energy forms reality if not God's? Isn't it logical to conclude that God is the "E" in E=mc2?
