If so, is it less of a sin than downloading other types of music, like Ozzy - the "Crown Prince of Darkness"?

And is the person who is making it available for download guilty of a sin?

If a Christian singer complains of the royalties that he/she doesn't get because his/her 'word' is being 'spread' for free instead of at $14.99 a pop, there would be some delicious irony there...
