My son asked me this question today, I didn't have an answer for him.
I mean Hitler took his hate to the extreme and killed millions, but why?
Can someone please explain this to me?

I do know that the Jewish faith doesn't believe that Jesus was the Savior (son of Christ) But is that the only reason or is there more to it then that, because that seems like a pretty lame reason.

christians always say the same thing in response to questions that question there lies and there fake religion, the responses are all the same just like a machines would be. They always say "i'll pray for you" (which makes no difference since theres no god anyway) which is just a condescending way of saying "i'm better than you and i need to pity you if you dont change to believe in my myths of whatever i was brainwashed with". Its pathetic. There the ones who need to be pitied since they believe in those myths and are too dumb to realize there not real. And dont get me started on how dumb they are to be a slave to the bible and quote it like they were machines who cant think for themselves. Its really a pathetic display isnt it everybody?

Is it because that now, God is demanding faith? If so, why do you think so?

All answers are correct to this question. It 's about changing our thinking about everything. It's about thinking. This questions causes us to think about what God is and who you are.

priests are the ones who live for God and they are the ones who pray for people. Why can't Catholics go to Church and ask the pastor to help us pray to God if we sinnned. And duuuh - we KNOW only Jesus redeemed us from our sins not humans.

I see people in some christian churches go up and ask pastors to lay their hands on them. what's the difference?

I know that someone is going to say, "but the Church that Jesus founded wasn't called the Catholic Church."

But, it wasn't called the "Baptist Church", or the "Pentecostal Church" or the "Presbyterian Church" or the "Lutheran Church" or the "Methodist Church" or the "Seventh Day Adventist Church" or the "Episcopalian Church" or the "Anglican Church", etc, either.

In the bible, the Church was called simply "The Church"

Catholic means "universal" which is what "The Church" has always been. So the name "Catholic Church".

Most people just go by what someone told them and assume that that person knew what they were talking about, or they read something in a novel of fiction and assume that it's true.

Why can't people actually do some research in history books for themselves to see how old the Catholic Church is and who actually founded it? A simple process of elimination in looking at the history of all the other Christian congregations will show that most have modern day founders.

About 8 months ago my family was driving down rt. 7 in N. Virgnia. I heard a sound that sounded like a supersonic jet, but didn't see anything. So I leaned down and looked up and then saw this strange light zoom in front of us. The best green color I can think to describe it is kryptonite. Within seconds it disappeared into thin air. I never saw it crash or anything. As soon as the light was gone I noticed about 6 of the cars ahead of us braked, but only in our lane.

What is even more weird, about 2 weeks ago I was driving down the road with my daughter and friend and the same exact thing happened again. This is about 20 minutes from the first one. This one was at night while the first was still light outside. Whatever this object is it zooms across, not down like a shooting star. Please help, The thought of not knowing what this thing is is driving me crazy.

People always say that the bible is the handbook to life. I honestly think there are some wonderful scriptures, but there are also others that seem completly irrevelant to everyday life. It also seems a little lacking of respect for women. There are few mentions of extrodinary women and many of great men. I don't think God intended for this. I think the Bible has ben in editted in such ways.

People have always been taught that if you’re not saved then God's love does not include you. I'm here to tell you that God's Love does include YOU, no matter what you've done, where you've been, who you've been with or even who you are and last but not least despite the color of your skin "God's Love Includes You". It's that simple God's love is a love that surpasses all of our understanding. The world is quick to cast stones or pass judgment when God is quick to Love, Restore Faith, rap you with his Mercy & Grace and Love the hell out of you [to bad man/woman isn't like that]. God "IS" an Inclusive God it's only the world we live in who has chosen to include who they feel fit in their little [religious] clicks and this worldly uninclusive love is what makes sinners run away from God and church folk. I've said it before "God's love is deep" deeper then our earthly minds can ever grasp or even begin to understand. So now you know God Love YOU.

I am a Catholic, I read the bible, I experienced the Holy Spirit, I love Jesus Christ, I received the gift of tongues when I was 16, I have a good spiritual life, I have seen people who miraculously healed by God and they are Catholics.

I view Mary and the saints as my inspirations... they deserve to be respected.

but why if I meet my fellow christians they always think that I don't know God because I am a Catholic?

Would you consider yourself a Bible Thumper? Do you know anyone who is? How do you think the Christian God would feel about them? (Or, what does God think about them?)

I will post my opinion after I get a few decent answers. (decent=longer than a sentence.)

99.9% of the time, God is referred to as a He. Even in the bible. Not that I wish or expected Him to be referred to as a ''she'' but why He?
your opinions of why?

Idols are those statutes that ancient people make and put spirits in... like those of paganism (Hinduism). Catholics only have relics and symbols and such..... why with the accusation? Not like catholics worship other spirits than God.
