In some passages of Scritpture is spoken that "wicked beeing destroyed" by God (Rev 20:14) and other place it speaks of them suffering conscious torment ( Luke 16:22-28).

So what happens to all unsaved people? Or should I refine it, what happens to all people who choose to not to be saved?

I have 2 questions to ask about Buddhism.

1) If Buddhism is about a philosophy and a way of life, then how did all the gods come about? Because over here, many Buddhists pray to different gods like for example, the Goddess of Mercy etc. I just want to know how did they come to be related to Buddhism. Everything I searched online about the history of Buddhism just gave me the same thing, and so I'm just wondering where the Gods came in.

2) And I'm quite confused about the Swastika. Is it the left or right- facing that is used in Buddhism? I did a search online, and it told me the left is the one what represents like good and light and stuff like that, but I'm not too sure. And how about the ones that are tilted 45 degrees to the left or right?

i dont believe that any human being can live without love. when we are kids we crave for the love of our parents, and when we grow up we need the love of a partner. i have noticed that even an animal becomes happy when its loved.

What if The Bible is just a 'beginner's manual' for humanity, and as tiem porgresses into new stages we will recieve more truthful, and more complex (hence the waiting period) revelation explainig the will and nature of God?

Is the Bible really all that perfect, it was divinely inspired--but mortally created. Is it not therefore going to be superflous eventually?

I see that the bible speaks of a second coming, but if the rapture theory is right then obviously we are talking three times, be Him on the air or not. So I would have to figure that this whole rapture thing has credibility problems. Besides, why should Christians be spared and not stand out for the Lord on the toughest of times? It seems that this taking away is very contrary to what Jesus did and what He would expect us to undergo. Flying away like chickens? I don't think so. Should not we make the ultimate sacrife for Him? This is a unique american phenomena as I can't find historical evidence for it either from Catholicism or historical protestantism. Escapism is not the way to offer ourselves as true Christians, rapture is a very comfortable solution for our very comfortable lives. Literalism has taken fundamentalism and exposed it as light Christianity suited for our lifestyle.

Jesus condemned the long and repititious prayers of the Pharasees who attempted to "be heard for their many words" ( Matt: 6:7). Yet in this parable Jesus encourages incessant prayer of those "who cry out day and night" to God (Luke 18:7). These passages seem to be in conflict.

What do you think this means? Tell me your opinion.

Do you pray? If/when you pray, what is your favorite praying style.
