Why do some people hate Jewish people so much enough to kill them?

My son asked me this question today, I didn't have an answer for him.
I mean Hitler took his hate to the extreme and killed millions, but why?
Can someone please explain this to me?

I do know that the Jewish faith doesn't believe that Jesus was the Savior (son of Christ) But is that the only reason or is there more to it then that, because that seems like a pretty lame reason.

The thing with Jewish people is that sometimes they're too snobby. They present themselves as superior to everyone else even if they work at a frigging coffee shop!!!! Some, if not all, are always complaining and trying to get other people in trouble (you need only go to the supermarket to see it) They don't like to socialize with people other than with their own kind. They live in whatever country, but you don't see them trying to interact with others. I don't know why that is...maybe they're afraid of others, or they simply dislike everyone who is not Jewish. You rarely see Jews helping others unless they're helping themselves....I mean, there are many reasons why others may dislike a certain group of people...never enough to kill...that's just crazy.

A group of Jews persuaded the Romans to crucify Jesus Christ. Thus, some Christians hate Jews. Jesus called some rabbis at the time snakes, but those inclined in hermeneutics believe that Christ was admonishing a group of corrupted Jews and not all Jews.

Also, the practice was strengthened as persecution of the Jews increased in medieval times thanks to many Christians of the time: the Spanish Inquistion, the Strassburg Massacre, et cetra.

Some Muslims seem to have carried on this tradition. Jews in Muhammad's time kept betraying treaties. Some hate them sometimes simply because they believe they betrayed their covenant with God.

There are many reasons why, and none of them are good.

And skippy, I'm glad you don't represent most of humanity.

To put it simply: Because they're different.

Hitler, and others, had a very narrow mind. He saw only what he thought God wanted. He hated the Jewish so much he wanted to kill them because they were different from he, and posed a 'threat' to his religon. It's just like the Christian religion vs homosexuality today, or pro-life vs. pro-choice. Different beliefs, and the intolerance of anything different.

Teach your son to love everyone openly, but also teach him there's a difference between love and letting people walk on him. Love is to accept people as they are, and not to change them, but also not to allow them to change yourself and hurt you. This includes every type of person and being.

Not everyone hate them is that some of them think they are above everyone else, that they are holier than thou, put up by God on this earth to be the image of perfection when that 's not truth, they're humans just like the rest of us with as many defects AND sins as everyone else. They like to brag about been Jewish and what they have accomplished for practicing that faith.I have met some that have very negative attitudes towards others and most think they are above the law. Others, a minority among them are ultra sweet, so much that you wish they be part of your family and they respect you and talk to you like normal people. I knew some that are beautiful people a joy to talk with them. But others....

Just a quick jist.
Just prior to Hitler's rise to power, Germany's economy was suffering. This was attributed to German Jews having a unique, but powerful role in the economy, thus they were blamed. That got the political machine rolling Hitler's way, so he came to power. He continued his reign by extermination of the Jews. The political fervor kept things rolling along time. Extreme, yes--but then again I never said it was logical.

There has never been another race of people who have been hated in the manner that the Jews have. Throughout history, The God of Abraham was the only God that would prove himself and crush the Jewish enemies. Plus, they are Gods chosen people.

There are anti Semitic people in the world who hate Jews. There are others who are racists and hate Blacks or Hispanics. Some people have no knowledge of other races or religions so they hate them which is irrational. I hope you will teach your son to accept people of all races and religions. Jews have made great contributions to society: the polio vaccine, Einstein's theory of relativity, and the man Christians worship was a Jew. His followers called him "Rabbi."

its not like that anymore. dont get me wrong there is small groups that hate. hitler was insane... he should of been stopped earlier. if you look at all races.. at some point everyone was trying to kill another color... started from the english settlers and the american indians... its just grew from there.

Because satan knows he is defeated and will go to hell and he tries to take as many with him as possible, people hate Jews becuase the are God believers and satan has a hold on some peoples minds, really it's a tyoe of mystery that only God can reaveal!
