The earth is filled with the Glory of God already since the beginning up to this moment. The thing is that we still refuse to see. We can not accept and therefore, not discern it.

Well, who says that this place isn't the manifestation of the glory in the first place, not to mention, when you say "sea" I take it to mean reality or being or existence or god. Your question goes as follows: "When will god be filled with itself as it covers itself?" I can not really say "when," time may not exist, not to mention, people or a person. And yes, all answers are correct because I havent found a logical perspective that does not have a fallacy somewhere. So, have I thought, or is this just god being god, which is really what your question gets at, if anything.

The world will be returnned to its state bore the great flood orrured and there would be no more sorrows. Only then will there truly be glory on the earth again.

When we truly believe He is God. When we truly believe his Son is Jesus, and in the Holy Spirit then the glory of God will cover our earth as the water covers the sea.

When God creates a 'new heaven and a new earth.'
Read Revelation.
After Jesus comes and takes the saved to Heaven, God will burn this sin-infested earth to purify it. Satan and all sin--and those holding on to sin--will be burned up, too. (That's what hell is). Then, God will re-create the perfect earth and return the saved to this earth. Peace will reign forever, because people who have given up sinning will realize what an awful thing sin did to this earth and the people in it, and they won't ever want to sin again. They won't ever harm the earth or other people again.

Acts 5. Read about Peter's shadow healing in the streets. That was God's glory.
When Christians go after that goal, watch the world be turned upside down. Until the church breaks their selfishness, this will happen in small doses instead of the whole enchilada.

Right now. As flawed as we are, each one of us is the living manifestation of God's great glory. We are, in essence, gods in the making.

It will happen about the same time god and jesus walk down from heaven on a ray of light, holding the devil by his red long tail with the pitchfork stuck in his chest. surrounded by fluttering wings of angels floating on clouds and singing black gospel songs....yeah, right...
