I asked Christians, "What evidence do they have that spirits can think?"

The following so called answers that Christians gave were not even answers and had nothing to do with the question at hand.

Christianity is all about faith. Note: This has nothing to do with evidence that spirits can think but this person is suggesting that I shouldn't even be asking the question

There are spirits right now confusing your brain. Note: This is not an answer but an attack on me for asking a question that this person can't answer.

God is real. Note: This is obviously not an answer because it has nothing to do with evidence that spirits can think

You lack the ability to define what is is Note: This is not an answer to the question. If I could define it, I wouldn't be asking the question.

Spirits are made up of all kinds of unseen things. Note: This is telling me nothing so therefore, it is not an answer

Are they still the children of the father--do they keep his name? If the marriage no longer exists, what happens to them in the Church's eyes. Because we all know many annullments occur after many years of marriage and children.

Quran 5:17 - "In blasphemy indeed are those that say that Allah is Al-Masih the son of Maryam. Say: "Who then hath the least power against Allah, if His Will were to destroy Al-Masih the son of Maryam, his mother, and all, everyone that is on the earth? For to Allah belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between. He createth what He pleaseth. For Allah hath power over all things."

To be a Christian is to follow the teaching of Jesus. Jesus never taught to kill. Therefore the Crusaders were not Christians. They just called themselves that.
I'm just sick of answers that say..."look at all the killing that Christians have done."
A Christian has not killed anyone. Only those who "claim" to be a Christian have.
Find in the Bible where Jesus taught his disciples to kill in the name of Christ, and then I will believe you.

As you walk up the steps to the building that houses the U.S. Supreme Court you can see near the top of the building a row of the world's lawgivers; each is facing one lawgiver in the middle who is facing forward with a full-frontal view-Moses who is holding the Ten Commandments.

So, there's more and more evidence popping up that Jesus believed in "reincarnaton", and the church has edited this out of the bible. What do you think their resoning is for this? It doesn't make sense to me to omit something as wonderful as this.

I have been a Christian for many years and have tried my best to read my bible every night. But I struggle because I never know what to read, and when I do I do not know the background behind what is going on. For example, when my pastor uses a scripture in his sermon he might say, "This is before Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt" but it doesn't say that anywhere around the scripture. Anyway, any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Aren't all Saints Catholic? The Pope determines who becomes a Saint, therefore they are Catholic. Also, the main reason a person becomes a Saint is because they have defended their belief of the Catholic faith to the death.
