United in One Spirit points towards the idea that all Christians, true Christians, are united and together. Paul, to the Corinthians, uses the idea of a body. We are the body of Christ. The eye cannot operate alone and it needs the head. The body needs the legs. We all need each other and belong to God, the One Holy Spirit. Also it's the Holy Spirit that binds us all and adopts us into the Heavenly Family. We are all connected and are one family.
You've heard of one country under God; well, you can say that we are one Family under God.

It means that, as Christians, we are all united through the Holy Spirit, as the body of Christ. As Paul said:
1 Corinthians 12:12-13
12The human body has many parts, but the many parts make up only one body. So it is with the body of Christ. 13Some of us are Jews, some are Gentiles, some are slaves, and some are free. But we have all been baptized into Christ's body by one Spirit, and we have all received the same Spirit.

Every Christian that walks in obedience to God is one with the Holy Spirit, meaning they obey him...the have their hearts and minds set on eternal things.
When Christians obey the Holy Spirit they are united to each other as well. Makes sense?

I believe it is talking about the fellowship of other Christians. All those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour have Him within them, then we are all united under the same Holy Spirit. In other words, we are in the same family and are brother and sister to each other.

As the body of Christ we are to be in one accord (Acts) as the apostals were. They had the same goals, same desires and were connected to each other throught the Holy Spirit. There were still differances but they generaly had the same feelings and thoughts about issues, tasks to be done and how to do it.

EVERY Human Being who has had their Spiritman(the REAL you) RECREATED by Accepting JESUS as your SAVIOUR, has the HOLY SPIRIT living in them(Spirit's can do this). The CREATOR flow's through us like the Blood flow's through our Physical Bodie's. The HOLY SPIRIT flow's through us and GIVE's US SPIRITUAL LIFE!!!! This is in the Invisible Spiritual REALM, and HE connect's us with everone of our other Bro.'s and Sis.'s in CHRIST!!!! The Body of CHRIST is connected SPIRTUALLY, now let's get connected MENTALLY, by comning together Mentally in ONE MIND, the MIND OF CHRIST----you'll get that by PRAYING, READING THE BIBLE, FELLOWSHIPPING etc. Ditto!!!!!!!!
