I feel that amamedo's is the best answer thus far. The 99 Holy Names of Allah (God) are an excellent source.
I would like to apologize for some who in their ignorance choose to waste their and everyone else's time in putting hostile or blasphemous remarks. Certainly, they would be offended if one were to insult a Christian father or mother seeking a name for her child.
The search for a child's name is very important, and not an easy one. As a father of two, I empathize. My own children's names are, for my daughter, the name of a courageous and faithful woman of the Old Testament. My son's name is Welsh for "loved one."

For Muslims best names are those started with Abdul and then one of the 99 names of Allah, like Abdullah or Abdulrahman and so on, one other option will be Mohammad or Ahmad or Mahmoud. visit this link there is alot of names that you can choose from. I am sorry i do not know any but as a christian let me apologize for those on here who have been cruel and used their religions against yours. Just because you are Islamic does not give them a reason to discriminate. I have heard beautiful names in Islam I am sure you will find the perfect one. Good luck.
