wanted to join the organization but while doing some research I bumped into some disturbing info:

- Is Freemasonry link to the Rosicrucians? If not, why is there a degree in Freemasonry called the Rosy Cross.

- Is there any mention of JAH-BUL-ON in freemasonary rituals?

- Is it true that 32 degree Masons have to drink in a human skull for their Initiation.

I would really appreciate it if masons and non-masons can clarify me on these points or expand on the topic.

succeed are undermined. Also don't blame this on others because it seems as if evrytime an African American problem is mentioned there's a good excuse. The discrimination excuse can't be used because many other races have faced it and they're doing much better than we have. How come white people are called racists for telling the truth on here? It just seems that the reason why the black community is not going anywhere is because we expect everyone to feel sorry for us...we can't blame our problems on slavery and discrimination forever

This is more a theoretical/moral question than anything else but why is that whenever you watch the news, some celebrities life is always more important than world events? why is it more important where some has-been is going to buried than how this whole war is going to be concluded?

I have lived here my whole life. I'm not here to bash Jersey, but I have been on Craigslist for the past few months and noticed people really go out of their way to defend the slightest joke about this state, and quoting those tired "Jersey Facts". We have Philly and NYC and the coast (I have lived by the beach my whole life), but we do not have palm trees. This February was extremely cold and windy, down to 15 and less, and about 25 degrees on average. This is a terrible place to be in the coldest months.

I also find people in my area having to make a big deal out of it, when it's really not that great (Asbury Park area). Asbury was kind of cool back in the 70's, I guess, but it's never going ot be the same. Don't kid yourself! I'm sure this happens all over the country, but I still can't help but find it disturbing. NJ isn't that great! I'll go out on a limb and say that NYC isn't that great, and the Philly area is better. Of course, it all depends on the individual.

After all that would make every child a wanted child; the cost of social services would decrease; the incidents of child abuse and child abandonment would decrease, and malnutrition would decrease.

Don't tell me God is "pro-life" - as far as I can tell, God is "pro-death", afterall, not everything lives, but by God's plan, everything dies.

I mean if someone ran through the streets completely or nearly naked, then that would obviously be obscene and out of line. But what the heck is so bad about a woman wearing jean shorts, or mini skirts or whatever else may be considered "indecent"?? America is a free country (well, it should be anyway), so people should be able to wear whatever they like in public as long as it doesn't cause a MAJOR disturbance to other people (such as nudity). You have the right to criticize it all you want, but you can't make them not wear sexy attire in public, so...why bother complaining?

Ok, there was an incident @ school. My friend kept pushing me around (like play pushing) and I was like "Dude, stop pushing me" but he kept pushing. I was like "Dude, CUT IT OUT!" BUT he KEPT PUSHING ME. Then I got hella mad and I grabbed him and slammed him to the ground (The dude was like 6 feet!) When he got up, he pushed me to the wall and walked away. Now EVERYBODY who saw it knew that I won the fight. BUT, my friend that I took down, told everyone that HE kicked my ***! Now, lots of people thought that I got beat up by him. Now, there is this dude that says "Oh look, its the ***** that got beat up by Alex" whenever I walk by. I was like "I didn't get beat up by him" but he just doesn't listen and he spreads the word that I started it and I lost. Now lots of people think that I'M the bad guy when Alex started the fight. OMG WHAT SHOULD I DO????????? I freakin wanna kick that dudes *** but I dont wanna get suspended! ARGH! Plz help ME!

I just stood in a huge line at the store for 40 minutes, with frozen food melting before my eyes because the family (mother, father and five kids) in front of me could not get their sheet together. Instead of having all their items (2 baskets of junk food) ready when they got to the check out lane, they kept sending one of their kids (like 5 and 6) back to get something. Then they lost track of their kids, and wasted more time sending the oldest (9) to find them. Then they had to send back some sugar and to top it all off, one of the little angels dropped a huge bottle of salsa where we're supposed to pay. The tears and screams! The drama! You would've thought someone chopped off a limb, instead this 6 y.o. was crying because she had hot sauce on her leg. So she cried until finally her mother got some sense & moved her out of the way.

There's some exceptions, where I can understand a single parent having no choice but to take the kids. But why w/2 adults? why torture us? why?

Africans were stolen from their country and forced into slavery many years ago for the United States and other countries. South Africa was a divided country for many years, there are still signs of racism there. Africa is a very rich and resourceful country, though the poverty rate is very high and it seems to affect only the black people. Sierra Leone, blood diamonds civil wars...
