I would like to know whether there are personal characteristics, i.e. economic level, religion, race, political affiliation, or stances on abortion, euthanasia, war, death penalty, etc. that you feel justify your treating another with contempt of disdain.

Is it that not many people do it? I was at the store the other day and a older lady was in front of me and by what she bought you can tell she was alone..As the cashier rang out, her card was declined.. As the lady watched them take her items away she had tears in her eyes. The cashier rang up my things and I grabbed the ladys stuff and paid for it, and gave it to her and said Have A Nice Day..She looked at me like I was crazy. She wanted my address to pay me back and I told her " No Need to"..So she gave me a big hug! But was still very shocked...so is it that not many people help others if they can? And why are people shocked if you do help someone out?

this is a general problem for girl who live in rural area .when they comes in contact with their hi profile relative who lives in city they are impressed by them very much.and because of their immaturity.they establish a relationship in their close relation .

I just asked a viable question about Yahoo's own practices and I couldn't even find my question because you morons are flooding this process with questions like 'Is cheating EVER justifiable?' and 'Ladies. Should it be legal for me to bite you?' and 'Where can I purchase a professional salon-quality hood dryer?' and 'Which coke flavour should they introduce that they havn't previously?' and 'Does anyone else get slightly turned on when jeremy kyle calls people Madam?' and 'What color are you today and why?' and 'Hi can anyone tell me if bananas are slow to digest and how many you can eat a day are they good for you?' At this point, the only question I saw that made any sense to me was this one: 'Can You Justify the continuation of the human race?'

We deserve everything we get.

I see so many questions asking what are we doing to Empower women? Why??? How are women not empowered? Commercials are hard to write and far too long people have tried to make them intentionally good. I think an easier way would be to make commercials really stupid on purpose. Tell jokes that are not supposed to be funny in any way.

I like the idea of that because the joke is so BAD that it is almost ironically good. I think this could start a trend. Tell incredibly stupid jokes during commercials and then have the guy get beat up at the end for telling the bad joke.

Here's one for a soap commercial:

Some guys are playing the boardgame "Risk". One of the players accidentally trips and lands on one of the pieces and it gets stuck in his eye and blood squirts out like a spring)

Announcer: Wow. Your face got all dirty. You better use some "Eye-risk Spring" (Irish Spring) to clean that off!

The announcer then gets hit in the head with a wrench.

(It was called "Eye-risk spring" because he hurt his eye and he was playing "Risk" and the blood came out like a spring)
