think about the aborigines, the lost generation, killing aborigines as if they were kangaroos, no public apology for these types of atrocities, blaming the deeds only on the early settlers... (yes remember lots were rapist murderers criminals) why is ned kelly a national hero? why is there a lack of acknowledgement to the aboriginal culture?

The French have just been described as,
" workshy, unmotivated and inefficient".
This is according to five of the world's greatest economists. I tend to agree but what do you think?

I am just curious to see what people think - we have been hearing a WHOLE LOT more lately about illegal aliens, especially those from Mexico, and to tell you the truth, the way people talk about these illegal persons as if they are not even HUMAN, even on the radio and news, have been disturbing. I have also been hearing more people at my workplace tell Mexican jokes, even in front of them, whether they are here legally or not. What is going on with America and the world? What is the problem with people being people and just living as a whole?

"'Wild in the streets'
Wildlife is encroaching on suburbia: What have you seen in your backyard? Send You Witness News your photos."

Ummm....wildlife is encroaching on suburbia? I think it's the other way around there, geniuses! Suburbia is encroaching on wildlife! This headline speaks volumes; A perfect example our consumer society's ignorant, short-sighted, self-centered mindset.

For example, here in Southern CA over-crowding, over-development, traffic, congestion, and urban sprawl are disgustingly out of control. People encroach on the habitats of wildlife,...and then act shocked and outraged when the mountain lion hops the backyard fence and mauls the family dog! Duh! What did you expect? You've taking away its habitat, its hunting grounds, and the habitat of its food supply. The poor thing has to eat, after all. But instead of learning to live sustainably and in harmony with nature, stupid humans consume like crazy and spread urban sprawl ever further. Sad, eh?

At what point will it become impossible to live in the U.S. I mean I love this country but seriously when is it going to be too expensive to live here. It's funny how our parents and grandparent generations think so much about our future but they don't realise how expensive it's getting. For example, utilities. At what point will it become too expensive to heat your home. I mean I've lived in New England and had $400 gas bills. And that's not all. How about the other utilities, rent/mortgage,taxes, gasoline, food, clothes etc. Anyone with the authority to do something should think about their children. I can't even imagine paying $10 for a candy bar, but that's how it will be in 20 or 40 years. And if they think they don't have to worry about that because they have money in the family then remember this "there needs to be a lower and middle class to be an upper class. In the future i see desperate people starving, looting and burning down your kid's and grand kids homes to get food. Hope it never comes down to that

Okay, my question is this: Is there a difference between looking at porn pics and videos and reading erotica stories? My hubby used to have a porn addiction that made it very hard to continue in a healthy relationship. We finally overcame that problem. However, something that gets me excited is erotica stories. Do you consider that the same as what he did? He would take the mags and look at the women then want to "work it out" with me. I didn't feel like he wanted me. With the stories, it's just ideas and talk that does the trick. I feel that it is very different. What do you think and why do you feel that way?

Last night I had way too many beers. I vomited and was acting crazy. In fact, I don't even remember most of what happened last night. (I drank on an empty stomach)

I don't really want to "get drunk" I just want to have a good time. How many beers should I drink in one night?

I believe that any one should have the right to disagree with with any one as long as it is respectful.Even if a person may oppose me I can give them credit for doing so.I look for the quality and content as important not just because it may or may not agree with me.Objectivity requiers disciplined thought that I have not seen on answers to some of my questions.I have been spamed by some immature people who think they can violated my right to speak simply because they don't agree with me.That is childish.Grow up people the world does not revolve around you!
