My name is Michele, and my mom called me Missy when I was little, and made me something with Missy on it. I wore it to school and the immediate response from the little creeps was a rousing chorus of "Missy Pissy! Missy Pissy!"
If that is what you're referring to as safe, then my answer is no!!
