Last night I had way too many beers. I vomited and was acting crazy. In fact, I don't even remember most of what happened last night. (I drank on an empty stomach)

I don't really want to "get drunk" I just want to have a good time. How many beers should I drink in one night?

I hadn't drank in over a month before last night. I'm not an alcoholic!

Just drink slowly and stop once you start to feel relaxed and buzzed. You don't need to drink any more.. by this time some of what you have already drank is not even in your blood yet. After about an hour, have another drink. It depends how much you weigh to say how many beers you should have. I weigh 130 and I am really buzzed after 4 and pretty drunk after 6 or 7. My boyfriend weighs 180 and he can drink 6 beers before he gets buzzed, 10-15 to get drunk.

This is a good website to see how many drinks you can handle.

How many beers you should drink depends on a number of factors. You should not go into it on an empty stomach. I find that eating a reasonable meal about 2 hours before drinking beers goes a long way in "holding" my liquor. Drinking on an empty stomach leads to a "bad buzz".

It sounds like you had too many, too quickly last night. If you had eaten something a while before you drank, you probably not have had a "blackout" either. (that's when the recall of the night it fuzzy or non-existent)

I find if slam a couple two or three beers to get a quick buzz, I can kind of judge the pace that I need to follow from that point.
Don't be afraid to drink WATER too. If you can force yourself to drink about 20 ounces of water before you fall asleep and maybe even pop a couple of aspirin before bed too, it will go a long way to easing that hang over when you wake up;

I'm not a qualified medical adviser by any means........but I personally find that this technique work for me, and many of my drinking buddies.

Best of Luck!!!

What makes you think you can safely use alcohol at all? Look at your past experiences. Do you usually drink more than you want to?? You may be suffering from a condition that requires you to not drink at all Do you lose control of your consumption once you start drinking?? If that be the case, you are probably alcoholic.

Well, you might be an alcoholic if one beer is too many, because two is never enough.

Another way I've heard it put: "Man takes a drink, drink takes a drink, drink takes a man."
