I mean if someone ran through the streets completely or nearly naked, then that would obviously be obscene and out of line. But what the heck is so bad about a woman wearing jean shorts, or mini skirts or whatever else may be considered "indecent"?? America is a free country (well, it should be anyway), so people should be able to wear whatever they like in public as long as it doesn't cause a MAJOR disturbance to other people (such as nudity). You have the right to criticize it all you want, but you can't make them not wear sexy attire in public, so...why bother complaining?

You will find that most of the "people" complaining about this are other ladies! Ladies can be easily jealous of others and when they see a lady dressed sexy too many immdiately think of her as a whore when in reality she just wanted to dress that way. I agree with you, anyone should be able to wear what they want, when they want and where they want.
I wear micro mini skirts with 5" stilettos when I go out on date nights with my hubby. He enjoys seeing me dressed this way and I have the confidence in myself to pull it off. I also don't care what anyone else may say or think because it's none of their business!
Great question

Who's complaining?

In fact, it's a nice warm day here in Tucson. I think I'll go down to the University of Arizona campus and enjoy the "scenery".

Some women don't look good in that kind of clothing any more than a 400 lb guy with a beer gut going without his shirt.

But, an attractive women with muscle tone....who's complaining???????

Is not really a complaint, but envy what drives this comments. We are free to wear any attire we wish for, as long as we wear it with dignity and self-respect.

I don't recall ever having complained, myself. I may have stood and stared and drooled a bit, but never complained.

Sexy is tasteful. I don't see much of that in clothing stores anymore.
