It would have to be love! I could live my life as a poor person with lots of love happier than a rich person with no love!

Love!
I am in a very loving relationship which means more then any amount of money ever could.
No matter what problems I come across, I know that I can face them because my fiancee is there for me. Love is a blessing and can't be faked. Anyone can go out there and make tons of money.

.You could marry for money, then do a Heather McCartney, and with your 28 Million you could divorce, then marry for love. Because when you marry for love then hit a bad patch and have no money, love Flies out the window.

To quote a famous song:

Can't buy me love, money can't buy me love!
