Yet not have to move to a desert island.

Can you escape the ever prying eye of government and its agencies, constant surveillance, paying ever increasing expensive taxes just for general living and so on.

the main needs are shelter and food and money, how can you meet these needs without being too much a part of society?

Owning land would be nice but you need money to start with and living in a forest is not very practical.

About a month ago I lost my grandmother. She has been sick before that for 40 days, but my parents did not inform me about her sickness, as I was away for my college (They didn't want me to become distracted from my studies). One day before I leave for the holiday, they called me and told me that she died the morning of that day. I didn't react at all. I just sat on a chair and read some prayers. Then a few days later, before I go to sleep, it hit me. I'll never see my grandmother again. So I started crying a lot, and kept on that for 15 minutes. So what's up with me? Why did not I respond when they told me the first time?

I have since given up my hp no. But for the last few days whenever my direct line rings I freak out. There will be no sound and then someone puts down the receiver. I cant change my office no. when I feel like it. Wud appreciate some advice. By the way, are people who make prank calls mentally ill?

Sometimes late at night I hear strange sounds coming from inside my room. I hear scarry voices that sound rilly weird and they scare me rilly bad. Sometimes I tape record them and try to let all sorts of people heer them but they say they think i'm making it up.

I sleep under the bed at night with my camra to take pitchers of ghosts if they come and my family says I'm just being goofy, but I believe in ghosts and angels and spooky monstirs and rilly weird sounds and flasching lights.

Do you think I should wirry about ghosts? I mean it's spooky and weird but it's kind of cool too. I wish I could meet a rilly scary one that turned out to be nice, but he was rilly scary so he looked rilly good when i take his pitcher.

Should I keep tryine to catch a ghost, or do you think I ought to just get a good night's rest. This is importint please don't make fun of me, becaus I have an inportant job to do. My wif keeps saying to me to go to slep becaus I'm the President of the United States

Used to be, seemed that men had the upper hand.

Nowadays, on tests in colleges, & also in school, women are turning up the heat, turning in higher test scores on average than their male competitors.

What causes this? What made women get so much smarter than men so suddenly?

Women are more and more, taking jobs that were traditionally male only, & getting paid more in lots of cases.

Does anyone know why this is?

Do you think males feel inferior because of this?
