There doesn't appear to be any masculine form of the given name Catherine or any of the diminutive forms including Katherine, Kathy, Cathy, Kate, Katie, Cat, or Katrina. The etymology of Catherine is debated, though the name appears to be derived from the Greek name Εκατερινη (Hekaterine in English).

I recall that Greek is one of the many languages where a word can have a masculine and feminine form (similar idea as 'host' and 'hostess'). If you can modify the Greek word Hekaterine to the Greek masculine form, you might be able to derive a masculine version of the name Catherine. I don't know Greek well enough to do this, but for some reason, the name Cathos seems like it might fit the bill.
