For the same reason you & other guys put a sock in the front of your britches to make you look appealing. Problem is, what happens when you lose control of it, & it moves to your trunk .....

I don't have a problem with that.Are you suggesting that anchormen and weathermen unbutton their shirts to show some skin?Or the opposite,that these women should be covered to the neck like in Victorian times?
