Hi !!!
Absolutely!!! But that's what makes them Samaritans, because even needing help themselves, they really want and like to help others.
Remember, that everybody, needs somebody!!! So in reality we are all Samaritans in one way or another.
For example, all of us here at YAHOO, Answers, we answer questions, hoping to help with our answers, some times, even trying to make some laugh or make them fell they are not alone.
Right??? So that makes us Samaritans in a way, because even when we answer to some of this questions, we need answers to our questions as well!!!
So, going back to your question. Do you still have one???
GOD BLESS YOU & HAPPY LIFE
A.Z.

No, I don't think so some how! Some people are just nice and have a conscience. Other people (who take the view that these people need help themselves) are probably, actually self-referring.

I think people who go out of their way to help others are good people. I don't know where I'd be today without the people who helped me get by.

So if I see you falling over in the street, you want me to just walk by then or come over and help you up?

No I find them very generous, giving, thoughtful beings. and that people who think other wise are the exact opposite of that.
