On the one hand we see kids who are constantly linked to the information superhighway on almost every concievable level, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if in a few years we start seeing grade school kids getting into identity theft and rich Somalian widow e-mail scams just for kicks. On the other hand, they're growing up in a world of mind-numbing media like Spongebob Squarepants and an academic system of ever-lowering standards. Are kids today getting smarter or dumber?

teenagers speak loudly in library, play music loudly on bus, break wine bottles everywhere, destroy the glass of bus stop, split chewing gum everywhere even the airport toilet, abuse people, getting drunk..., is this everything good for UK? or is it serious? when this generation become the main trunk of UK, will UK be better than now?

There are an increasing number of youngsters in the UK, that think its hard and cool to shoot each other, do you not think its about time we came down on them like a ton of Bricks....I think these horrible little miscreants aught to be thrown in a training centre, run by the army (pre politicaly correct army..... old fashioned......hard bar stewards running it )made to watch the altopsy of those they have killed and be taught that unlike a computer game you do not get another life and a chance to start again.

I strongly believe that the world is converging towards a one world order to bring nations and different people together under one leader. You have for example the Euro that has recently just evolved in Europe, the United Nations in New York, formation of the Patriot Act and what privacy can be violated by the US government, surveillance by the British government on it's people (supposedly, the Brits are the most watched populace in the world), the everyday occurence of seeing cameras on light posts and building corners when you're walking down the street...Do you think that we will one day be completely watched by the government, as happened in the novel 1984? Do you think that this will cause nations to converge into a one world order?

all my friends have no problem with rednecks, but i cant even look at a girl thats redneck. the thought of a redneck hick creeps me out. everytime redneck comes up, i see that im the only one who is making fun of them.

Whether it be a movie or the theatre or even a nice dinner at an upscale bar, why do SO many people think it is not okay to do by yourself? If you enjoy it and your friends can't make it, why pass up an opportunity to enjoy yourself? Is this only a 'delima' in the US?

There is pictorial evidence of the gathering of Jewish people. There are pictures and films of the dead bodies dumped in mass graves and bones in the crematoriums. There are pictures and films from the allied soldiers who liberated the death camps. There are survivors who have told their stories of the murders and atrosities. They bear the numbered mark. Saying that the Holocaust did not happen is like saying slavery did not happen in America. Why is the Holocaust being denied? What are all of those suffering people supposed to be actors? The camps a stage?

why is it that people use outward appearance to describe the color of edible plants even when the plants themselves are not that color? For example, people describe apples as being either red, yellow, or green, when in reality all apples have a white interior and only their outer "skins" are red, yellow, or green. The same is true of banannas, cucumbers, squash, and a variety of other edible plants. So why don't people just describe all of these plants as being white?
