Why do I fear redneck hicks?

all my friends have no problem with rednecks, but i cant even look at a girl thats redneck. the thought of a redneck hick creeps me out. everytime redneck comes up, i see that im the only one who is making fun of them.

Well, After reading your attached paragraph it's more than obvious you fear what you stereotype as "Redneck Hicks" for the same reason any culture fears another. "Ignorance." Only you can answer this question with any true accuracy as no one else understands your precise definitions of redneck hick. There certainly are general understandings but I suspect there are some very specific issues which relate to the generalized understanding which in some manner, emotionally effect you.
The general understanding of a redneck hick is that of an uneducated, uncivilized, ill-mannered person.
Perhaps your own up-bringing while maybe it not only celebrated and encouraged traditional ethical social philosophies, maybe somewhere you were encouraged to steer away from those who would not be considered to be belonging to your social circle. Perhaps when you were young... this encouragement to steer away from such people ignited fear that such people could be dangerous or harmful to you in some way.

I used to be afraid of rednecks when I was younger because I'm a visible minority. But I got some good friends now that are full on rednecks. They taught me how to fish.

dude don't make fun of people!! its horrible. learn to be more fxcking tolerant man. and i don't see where you're coming from with being creeped out of hating them- because to be honest, you don't seem like such a prize yourself, being all nasty to people you hardly know...
if you really have a problem with them and know you're gonna say something hurtful, just ignore them or leave if you can't keep your damned mouth shut.
