I had the absolute strangest dream last night. I was living alone in an upstairs apt. but I had a baby. I went to work and forgot about her, so I came home and she had been crying all day without food, then I nursed her & she was talking to me, ( an infant), then I sat her down and was desperately trying to get in touch w/my husband who I couldn't find. very wierd! anyone have any ideas? serious only, please - if there are any......wierd????

And because of that, I'm really, really disturbed by it! Most of the time in the evening, when I just want to watch TV and relax or something, I can hear them making racial comments, which I get very upset from. Not only because my father is Indonesian, but I also feel bad for other foreign people. I noticed this just two weeks ago!

Should I move to another place, or call the cops?

I ask this question as I am sick of hearing 'You'd be speaking German without us' etc etc and I point to these reasons;


i) In WW1, our national sovereignty was never in question. We were fighting to help our Allies (from the start I may add!) in a foreign country. The notion of an invasion against Britain was never there. We were also not too badly for the TWO years we were going alone. The US chose to enter the war not to help us but because they didn't like losing masses of shipping to German U-Boats (namely the Lusitania).

ii) In WW2, we had already been through the rough patch of the Blitz etc and Operation Sealion (the German invasion of Britain) had been long since permanently postponed due to the RAF's air superiority over the Channel before the Japenese caught America napping and made them join the fight. So, had America not entered the war, the Continent may now have a slightly more Bavarian tone, but we would still very much be here and more importantly, be BRITISH.

Say if I am a guy who is very polite, who has all the qualities every Girl likes and a Character which is impressive. When i propose you to marry me will you reject me because I am Indian and I have brown Skin.

Is it wrong if i fall in love with an American White Girl, even though if i am ready to sacrifice my life for my love. Will she succumb to the pressure exerted by the white community because of Racial comments thrown on that Girl even though she likes me.

I apoligize if I offend anyone, that is not my intention, but I must know. I have seen some people from time to time that appear to be of middle eastern decent, and some of these people have what appears to be jewelry placed on their forheads. What does this signify...and how do they get it to stay in place without falling off?

They are once again trying to get people to accept wide usage of a dollar coin instead of the dollar bill. This time around, the dollar coin will be gold in color.

I, personally, do not like the idea of a dollar coin, because I prefer to fold my dollars instead of having them jingle around in my pocket. I'm a relatively broke college student, so I still frequently carry single dollar bills and would not want to have to deal with them as coins.

Also, I carry my cellphone in the same pocket as my money, so I wouldn't want the coins to scratch up my phone (keys in the other pocket). I usually put my small change in my back pockets, and anything under a dollar is no big deal if I happen to lose.

What are your thoughts??

Of course i know, some people say they hate asians because they are racist. However I've heard /read/seen many who have yellow fever and even the ones that don't associate with asians because they have no opportunity, look at them in tv and think they are pretty/cute, etc.

More recently, with the invasion of Anime and Japanese shows to America, Europe and everywhere, Asians have alot of fans that want to meet them or go and live in their country.
