I have just taken my dog for a walk, and coming home, we passed a field, and a farm gate. My dog went nuts barking, then i saw some boots sticking out from the gateway. I felt a bit scared, i took a look, and there is this guy, curled up in the gateway. I thought he was dead, i felt worried, then a jogger came along, i waved him down, and he took a look, said the guy was breathing, but we could not stir him. He told me to ring the police when i got home. I came home, my daughter came back to the guy with me, to see if we could stir him, no response. I phoned the hospital, they adviced i ring 999. As i was about to do this, the guy suddenly looked up, told us to leave him alone. I asked if he was okay, he said, just go and leave me alone. He looked cold. I have been told by family, he will be okay, as he spoke to you, leave him be. I feel a bit bad leaving him there, but i guess he was okay. What would you have done?

There isn't one thing we as a country do better than any other country except build massive corporations that force continuity in every city all in the name of capitalism. Well, plus we make great movies. But seriously we don't make the best cars or electronics anymore, we don't pay the best wages to our employees. We have no mandatory pay for maternity leave (we are one of only four nations that don't). We have the option between overpriced, substandard or no health insurance. Our pharmeceutical companies charge hundreds of dollars for life dependent drugs. We have the worst crime rate of any first world nation. Don't get me wrong, I LIKE America and I like living here, but I've not disillusioned myself. Switzerland (for example) may be more expensive but I think I'd likely have a healthier, safer life if I lived there.

as you pass into the eternal sleep, you choose-

What for the last song you hear?
What to be the last images you see?

As a little kid, when my sisters & I would go skating on the pond, I would pretend to be a professional figure skater. As I grew older, I wanted to be an Astronomer. Then, in my early teens, I wanted to become a rock journalist or professional photographer and follow rock bands such as Van Halen and Bon Jovi. In my teens, I wanted to work in a big corporate office in NYC or some other big city. Then, I wanted to join Green Peace and protest against polluters. (*mind you, none of these worked out for me.....)

Do you have what it takes to spend time with your children, to educate them in the ways of the world and then teach them accordingly? To give them high moral standards and also live by them yourself? To show them truth, honor & loyalty? Do you have what it takes to be a real parent and step up to the task?

From my extensive list, the most annoying for me is the word 'touchbase' used by people at my work to describe meeting with another person.

For example: 'Hey Memphis, we should 'touchbase' over lunch to discuss our business plan'.

Whenever I hear that word used, I feel like killing someone.

So, how about you people? If you like, perhaps provide the word(s) that makes you angry, when it is used and what you would like to have done or have done to people who have used it.

My question is, should I expect good things to come of it or sheer boredom? Got fed up of waking up with tuffs of hair missing and a mouth like a drain inlet. Just what do you do when you don't drink anymore and you feel like going a bit mad for a couple of hours?

They try to say that sightings were something else and it seems there is a lot of stuff that goes on in trying to cover up anything that has to do with UFOs. Why do you think this is so and do you believe the government or do you believe in the unknown?

Ok, we all grow up and see crack heads and see drug users and see how drugs mess up people's lives and kill them. We also see this a lot in Hollywood and on TV and famous people who overdose and who looks really bad. But why do people still do these things...Why do they grow up and see the affects and still try it knowing that they will be hooked? Especially those who have money? Why do they do these drugs? Peer pressure is not an option b/c I think that's BullSht! The pressure to stay thin? I Think that's Bullsht too! What is the deal?
Also, you grow up to see these people and how they look and act and are shamed of them and you wanna laugh and leave them alone but then people who grow up seeing this, they fall into the same crap...What is the deal?

Why do people assume they know you just becasue you post a certain question. It's funny, they never met you before, they don't know you or know where you live. I just posted a question about why people hide behind there status. So then I get a response from somebody and they " ASSume " they freakin' know me. Like how does one know I'm not a lawyer , teacher or a college student ?

Do people assume right off the bat these days, even if they don't even know you. Well, what can I say about it, some are just ignorant. I guess ? Do you agree that people need to remind themselves they are talking to strangers not someone they know?

They are particularly strong, and my glasses were actually knocked off my face. I wasn't completely "there", either, but I was still "there" enough to notice just how much force was put into the movement. It was not just this certain cat, either, because then I tried it with my own house cat and again, it was swift and strong. Just a weird observation I guess... :)

Hmmm..I just saw this parade of feminists and they were being all aggressive and stuff...This was really annoying. I don't really know what feminism's point is....but recently I have gained a better idea...Here is what I think the solution is to what they seek:

ok---if you really want to be equal....if you really really do (ugly betty's, gordas, and hot lolipops)...Then this is what would have to happen:

1. you would have to ask men out, and put YOUR pride on the line...just as we do...and then we would have equal respect for you.

2. You would have to be less sensible about every little shi-t we say about you....yea, let us talk about your ***, boobs, just as we talk crap about out baldness and fatness....that is why men have such a tight bond....if you really want to be treated equal...don't get all PC and sexually harassed by every single crap--or joke we pull...

3. And you would be more understanding of men that have mental problems with sexual impulse, instead of being all

Ther'es many japanese, chinese, korean tourist in california or anywhere in the USA. They just go around the city and i always see them and i'm attracted to them,, but they are not here to live here forever . The typical foreigner never approaches me, so all i get to see and experience from a forieng girl, is her beauty and that's all. i get attracted to them but what's the point?

In my years of living, all i get out of tourist coming to the usa is that i get attracted to them. A typical american like me, never even has a single chat with them, never gets to associate with them. So all i get from them coming here is attraction. Attraction that just make me feel sad afterward cause i can never meet those people.
Anyways, i know foreign women don't purposedly want to hurt our feelings but if they don't try to talk more with the Americans living in america, then there's no culture exchange , there's nothing. nobody is learning from nobody

people who drive suvs are using up more of our resourses and polluting the environment more, so doesn't it seem fair that they should be taxed for owning a hummer? it would also be insentive to drive a hybrid or a more economic vehicle.
