Ther'es many japanese, chinese, korean tourist in california or anywhere in the USA. They just go around the city and i always see them and i'm attracted to them,, but they are not here to live here forever . The typical foreigner never approaches me, so all i get to see and experience from a forieng girl, is her beauty and that's all. i get attracted to them but what's the point?
In my years of living, all i get out of tourist coming to the usa is that i get attracted to them. A typical american like me, never even has a single chat with them, never gets to associate with them. So all i get from them coming here is attraction. Attraction that just make me feel sad afterward cause i can never meet those people.
Anyways, i know foreign women don't purposedly want to hurt our feelings but if they don't try to talk more with the Americans living in america, then there's no culture exchange , there's nothing. nobody is learning from nobody

I am amazed that it has not ocurred to you that, as a man, you are supposed to make the first move. You obviously know little about other cultures, if you expect the women to go up to you! "The typical foreigner never approaches me"?? - oh come on, get off your self-centred bottom, go over to the next lady that you find attractive, introduce yourself, and ask her if you can show her the sights. If she says no, or does not understand English, don't worry about it, just move on - there are plenty of others. Repeat process as necessary, until you get a "yes".
Once you have succeeded in inviting someone, just go for social exchange, not cultural exchange - I'd hate to think that Asian ladies were learning your bad English.

A Terrorist attacker is persona non Grata when it comes to protection under the rules of war or those rules followed abided by combative States registered with the Geneva accord.. A terrorist is considered a rouge agent or agents acting on there own behalf. Therefore they are not entitled to fair or recognized treatment afforded Geneva Accord members. Should this be a declared war by the Congress of the US. All the Gitmo detainees could be shot, or put to death without trial. Since this is not a declared war By congress, We have this nightmare situation ongoing at Gitmo. The US Supreme Court is issuing findings Re: there status and situation. This could be monumental and ground breaking law for terrorist around the world. Could give them latitude in our courts if caught. But more than likely will seal there fate in the field. They would never see a court as they should not.

they never approach you because they don't see you there and I know it sounds wrong.If you are so desperate, you should at least be friendly with them. I'm an Asian-American girl and I don't really understand what you are talking about...they don't approach you because you're a stranger!! Once again, don't be shy by their beauty. TALK TO THEM! Or else don't even bother. Also, how do you know that they are foreign? Are you assuming that all Asians are foreigners?? That's ridiculous.
