When coming off the bus i got hit in the head with a newspaper, to my surprise when i looked up i saw a gang of 'chavs' peering out the window, shouting at me. he had just chucked a paper at me! and for what reason i have no idea. its not as if i provoked them or dress in a perculiar way. why is this? and for what reason?
All i can say is that they are weak and cowards. they would not have done it without them being in a gang. why is society deteriorating to the extent of people resorting to violence and other forms of aggression?

Thanks for your time and I am just curious if anyone has this "problem" and how they deal with it?.

Here is the deal. I am a mutt I am part Norwegian, Spanish, German, and Native American. I am blessed with dark hair, light brown eyes and skin as white as Casper the ghost, Give the contrast I get alot of comments on my "paleocity vs. my dark hair" When I do have my natural hair color people think it is "too dark"...Just wondering if anybody has this problem and what you have done about it.

Is this ever an attractive look to anybody?

I work in a call centre as well, but mine is an inbound centre, meaning that people call ME. I don't call ANYONE. I got a call the other day where someone as trying to sell me cookbooks. I waited for the person to do their opening which was about 1 minute and 30 seconds long. Then I said, "sorry I'm not interested, have a good day." and hung up. That was an aweful lot for that person to say for a hang up. If any telemarketer is out there, I would just like to know, would you rather being cut off and hung up on right away or would you just like to get what you say out before I hang up??

Anyone got any odd pet hates? One of mine is people putting their make up on in public - it really irritated me when I used to get the train to London to work......women looking in tiny mirrors with their full make up kit on their laps!! I dont know why it annoys me so much though?!

This has puzzled me for some time. I'm aware of Irish-American, Italian-American, African-American, Polish-American (probably) but no English-American. Why not? Is it really because of the War of Independence - then why are some called Scottish-American. The war was against the British not the English. No?
