Because the crime is often low,the schools are better,among other reasons.Is your suburb actually WORSE than the big city in your state?

No. Around here a big deal crime is drunk driving or petty vandalism. Around the nearest big city it is drive-by gang shootings setting new highs in the murder rate.

Yes it is, I moved from a big city to a small town and I'm ready to leave. Crime is the same, and the schools seem to be in a far worse shape.

Sometimes it is the way it is, crime is everywhere to try to ignore it just because it is a suburb versus a big city is silly

i moved from a city to a small town, then to a big city...then back to the city i lived in first

i must say that i love a small town a lot more because t'is quiet..everyone knows everyone..i grew up there..my best friends are there..

all my good times were there.

in here it's noisy..i don't like noisy =D
