creating a "get there at all/any costs" attitude thus they will eventually break the Immigration laws of that target "new country", sometimes paying the price with their own lives in the process. Do think they are attracted by the culture/lifestyle that is beamed into their home countries on Satellite & Cable TV, or do they just have a disregard for the laws ?

i ask this question because every time i am on my way to and from university i see glass, graffiti everywhere. not to mention it being constantly vandalised. don't they realise it takes london transport, thousands of pounds to build a new one? then again, by the time they build a new one, it isn't long before it is vandalised again and again.

why cannot london transport install tiny cameras for eg, just so to catch and prosecute the thugs who do this? if the purpose of having bus shelters is so that mindless yobs can abuse them, then that is just so terrible and sad. idiots who do this type of thing have no respect for private property and have no regard for other people who stand under or wait at the bus shelter. i feel angry and appalled that certain people, especially a few out of control teens, feel the need to sabatage and destroy public property. what motivates them to do these types of things, is something i and many other people would like to know.

i will ask questions if they have a concrete answer, but i don't wanna ask anymore questions that involve peopls' advice, based on thei personal opinions and experiences. i need to listen to my intuition more, and ignore other people's advice. i have made many bad decisions listening to others' advice, and on here, it is the advice of total strangers. Ok, I work at a store as a cashier.Today this lady comes through my line with 2 big dills of water.she says 'they are 5 gallons' and I say, oh both of them are 5 gallons.she says yes so i charge her for 2 five gallons of water.A few minutes later, she comes to the side of me while i have a customer and starts to point her finger at me and starts to raise her voice almost griping me out.She says that i charged her for 2 five gallons.i said 'yes i did b/c you have 2 of them.' she says ok.sorry.a few minutes later, the lady comes up to my register while I have customers(she doesn't wait for them to leave or nothing)and apparently i had made a mistake and she went and got her money back. she shows me the receipt and says 'see only 5 gallons' and tears the receipt in half and throws it at me (while I still have customers). she then says 'next time pay better attention'.she ended up having 1 two gallon&1 3 gallon bottles making 5 gallons, which would make it a misunderstanding between us.

There are tonnes of people from our country that have dual citizenship, but live somewhere else. They pay no taxes here, but can get gandma in to collect pensions. They add nothing to our culture, because they live in another country, but they come here for health benefits. They don't have to live with the reamifications of their political votes, but they still are asked who should lead us.

Is this right?

And just for fun, what if their country and ours, the very two countries to which they claim aligiance to, were to go to war? What if both had a draft?

I know it's a British term but I like it, even more so that you could call someone a chav here, and they'd have no idea what you said to them.

could only be allowed during rape & incest cases? I, myself am pro choice but I knew someone I went to high school with that had 4 in 2 years & I think that's disgusting. I think she abused her right to choose by not using birth control. Is there a middle ground?
