particular, as quickly as! i'm a waitress. i'm able to enable you to comprehend why they have been fat... they drank approximately 3 soda's each and each, had veggie burgers and fries, a great number of ranch, fried zucchini (900 energy), and dessert! i may be a moo cow too if I ate like that! i'm a vegetarian and that i'm no longer even close to to being fat!

Yes I have. An acquaintance of mine is always making the point of how his diet is supposedly healthier because he's vegetarian, but he is very overweight, borderline obese. I don't think the vegetarianism is to blame, but the fact that he always fills up on bisuits, cakes and crisps.

There is PLENTY of vegetarian junk food out there. Just becuz someone is a vege doesn't mean that they eat "Wholefoods".
Some Vegies diets are high in dairy which is worse for you than meat!

I love entertaining and have several vegetarian friends. Almost to a person they are fat.
I'm not a vegetarian, although I eat lots of them (vegetables, that is!).

Veggie friend a little on the large size, I think she's just unlucky, she's been a veggie a long time. and she eats pretty healthily. she doesn't eat much chocolate or junk. but then she is not obese!
