The shy person will be too cool for an extrovert why the extrovert will be too raw or rude or rough for an introvert. Extrovert will not be comfortable with the shy person because the introvert (shy) will have a lot to say but will not say it because of fear and shyness. It is not only in the class, also in the public. As you know, we are always two - extroverts and introverts, male and female, short and tall, fat .........

#1 Many extroverts are people that thrive on being in the lime light. Many are really insecure...if they can keep everyones attention on them, it makes them feel like they have value. It is possible, shy people make them feel uncomfortable. Because they are not giving you their undivided attention, but just being quiet into their own world of thoughts. The problem might be, they want you to reveal your feelings. It might really be killing them inside not knowing what you are thinking because you are quiet. If they could see that you were fixated with them, and not being caught up into quiet thinking, you then would be too busy to be having negative thougts about them. #2 It could be also that you are hyper sensitive and have negative thinking patterns about yourself. So if someone just glances your way, you then think they are having negative thoughts about you...

I believe you are not clear on your terms

Extroverted people are those people that gain energy from being in a group.
Introverted are people that gain energy by being by themselves.

Neither term has anything to do with being shy - people that stare at other people are rude people.
