I want to move from Utah, and I'm a little confused about some cities, and they are: Denver/CO, Portland/OR and Seattle/WA. Actually I'd like to go to a place where there is more diversity, more culture, and open-minded people, and also a secure and nice place to be. What do you think about these cities? In your opinion wich one is better? Thanks for helping!!!

I just read an article in the OC Weekly regarding a student from Cal State Fullerton who beat two women who he thought were lesbians (they were not). Regardless, this crime hurts EVERYONE, including the student because he made the decision to commit such a heinous act. So I ask you, how could we prevent such acts from happening?

Read it if you're interested

For Example: When a really feminie guy walks away from most people the first thing they say is "He's Gay". If a girl were to wear something short and a bit revealing the first thing people would say when they see her is "She's a whore" I mean why are we so obsessed to find out who the other person is sleeping with.

...If they are more ignorant and mean towards African immigrants than white people are? White people actually tend to be nicer about it. Not saying all black people, just a generalization based off of experience.

Does it seem to anybody else that pop culture trends are beginning or have begun shifting away from the hip hop and teen über-pop/TRL culture from the last 5-8 years? If so, where do you think pop culture is headed?

If it hasn't started shifting, when in hell are we ever gonna be able to escape it's deadly grasp??

A friend of mine suggested making a law that people should be able to be loaned money if all their monthy payments are more than 75% percent of their income in order to keep people from over extending themselves financially. At what point do we say we need to protect people from themselves because they are not wise enough to make good decisions?

Best: TEXAS! Friendly folks, diverse scenery, tons of history and character, and that unmistaken Texas pride. Not everybody wants to live there, but why would anybody hate on the place?

Worst: Hmmmm...probably California. It's beautiful, but its people suck. Plus, that traffic in LA and the Bay Area makes me not want to live there at all.

I live in Kentucky, which is just mediocre.
