Please elaborate as to why that is a "dumb ***" question? You seem to simply give a "dumb ***" answer.

I'm not saying a repeat of 9/11, just supporters or copycats doing something small.

And Bush and his cronies would STILL be unprepared for it.

Still with the deer stuck in headlights look he had last time it happened FOR SEVEN MINUTES in the nuclear age. In the Cyber age.

When one touch of a button can send missiles hurtling on top of our heads while he just sits there reading My Pet Goat.

Geez, I can't stand that Tard.

Apparently that was the plan with the London plane bombers...a practice run and then the "real" thing on 9/11. Obviously with all the al-qaida tapes coming out in the last few weeks the anniversary has some meaning for the terrorists too. I think something big is in the works...will it happen on Monday? I don't know but I'm pretty sure Bush and his buddies do just like they did in 2001. An attack now would definitely help the Republicans in the November election. Just because there hasn't been an attack in five years doesn't mean these guys gave up and went away and if you are depending on incompetent George to protect you think back to Katrina. We are in real big trouble...worse than we were in 2001.

You mean a sort-of Anniversary Shot? No, I don't think so. But I would not be surprised if there are demonstrations at some key places, most notably at the hole left by the destruction of the Twin Towers. Many people are terribly unhappy about how things have gone in the last five years, for a variety of reasons. My own take is that the government has used the attack as an excuse to launch the so-called Homeland Security measures which are largely unconstitutional.

Naw, just the asking of this question makes it seem the terrorists have won. Their goal is to scare people, and since 9/11/2001, everyone in the US runs around scared of the ghost terrorists. The definition of terrorism is just to get people afraid of daily life.

Well, of course anything is possible but I think since we've gotten rid of many of the top terrorists and their trainers, etc. that we are safer today than we've been in years. Now that we have the FBI and CIA working together I feel much better about their ability to stop an attack. They just stopped a big plan to crash more airplanes a couple of weeks ago. I don't think the terrorists are as strong a group as they once were. Thanks to everything our country is doing to protect itself and it's citizens.
