Yes. It used to be called "having a chip on your shoulder". Now it's called belonging to a minority and seeking to impose your values, customs and beliefs on the majority.

Yeah, some people just walkk around with sticks up their butt and are mad at you for being happy. I don't get the point either, it's just making them more miserable.
