Very bad taste unless they are the reason! Then in front of a picture window is fine.

Well thats a tuffy!!!
i would imagine it would be rude to hang ureself in ure neighbours backyard if you ruin the lawn in the process or trample flower beds or if the kids looked out the window and were scarred for life
but other than that id say you're good to go!!
