It might be more effective to make the local public aware of what decisions the hotel management have made.
The hotel will not like the public knowing that it isn't safe to be there.
In my experience, the courtroom and justice are mutually exclusive. So are the courtroom and law. Your odds of winning the lottery are about as good as your odds of finding some resolution in court that will make you feel better.
You will likely be happier if you separate yourself from them and move on with your life.

HELL YEA!! Hotels should have security becuz they're very much at risk w/o it!! And becuz of dat u were violated and the Hotel should be held accountable for it!
