how do I go about doing it. I want to turn my £40k into £100K profit.

I don't know how to find land, find out if I can build on it, how to purchase it, how to project all the costs for building six houses, how to market..and most importantly how to persuade my bank once done all the costs that I need the money to do the project.

I am dooing all this on the assumption that the homes get brought and I can pay the bank back and make a net return of at least £100k from my £40K

Is this possible?

I have no idea at all about construction ..or costings

What do I need to do?

What is the ONE event in history that you wish with all of your heart that you could have been there? Mine would be Woodstock 1969, because I feel like I was born in the wrong time. I am really a modern day hippie. Please explain to me your answer.

If you are the owner-operator of a charter yacht based in the UK, and a UK citizen yourself, specialising in cross-ocean, international trips, can you legally carry a firearm onboard?

(Providing you were licensed and the firearm was legal and it's safe was inspected).

I realise it's Hollywood but in all the films the Captain of any sized charter boat seems to have some sort of firearm stowed away- presuming you had a license, is there actually anything worong with this?

Thanks!

A lot of people that I know have collections of some kind .Some are serious collectors and some just for fun . For example I collect Prefume bottles . On the fun side I have Black & white Cows in my kitchen .Let's see what you collect . Tell how you got started,
and why you enjoy it ! This should be fun .

Does he praise other workers but never you?

I am 19 years old living in Montreal, Quebec in Canada, the legal drinking age here is 18. Recently I was at a party with my parents in the city and since I look young and I had to have my parents tell the bartender repeatdely that I was over 18. I drank however ever 20 minutes some a**hole waiter/waitress who did not know i was 18 would grab me by the arm (physical abuse) and yell at me while pooring my drink out, ofcourse in french although I am english (verbal abuse) The owner appologized to me twice saying that you look young and if a cop comes in here and you do not have i.d we get shut down. I did not carry around i.d with me b/c why should i? My father was paying for the party and my parents were there. The owner was one of the people that was yelling at me the whole time. I could not enjoy myself at my bro's b-mitzvah. Do you consider this mistreatment? Should I demand an appology close to 48 hrs after the fact?

Those that put answers in like '.' or 'a' or something to that effect as an answer. Don't you realize that you are just going to get reported and your accounts deleted? I don't personally do it because there are plenty of other people who do. I just don't understand the point.
